We were in Vail for a wedding and stayed here for a short time. The condo was as advertised and in good condition. There is a river right below the patio, so sitting outside and enjoying the river is very nice.
In for a lacrosse tourney. Convenient, clean, well stocked, lives up to the comments and pics. Only small item was the water coming out of the frig was warm to hot.
Everything that was posted was correct, great location but you do hear street noise from the master and it is a walk up; however, it did not bohter me. There is NOT a hot tub in the complex so if you are looking for an after ski soak it will not happen. The ice maker and heat in the main room was out for 3 days until a little black button (controls the gas) was pushed back on. Very easy to get to Vail and of course a short walk to the bus for Beaver Creek.

Family Ski Trip to Beaver Creek
Very nicely appointed condo. Plenty of beds/bedrooms for our family of five. Great location within easy walking distance of BC’s Bear Lot which has express shuttle service to the ski village. Only drawback was a problem with gas fireplace the first night we there. It was supposed to fire up automatically in response to wall thermostat adjustment but the pilot light had gone out so temps in the main living space were in the low sixties all night. Vacasa rep and maintenance team got it squared away the next day and we had a fun weekend skiing.

We've stayed here many times, and we recommend the property. It was clean and neat when we arrived, but the previous renters had stuffed plasticware and small nails into the garbage disposal which I had to clean out before it could be used. Evidently, checking operation of appliances was not part of prep for the next clients. Wifi also went out shortly after our arrival but came back on later.

This is the second time we've stayed at this location. It's our favorite by far. The home is always freshly cleaned and ready for us. It is also stocked with basic cleaning supplies, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish towels, etc which makes it even more convenient. Our kids love heading to the creek to play in the water and we enjoy the deck overlooking the creek. So relaxing!

The condo is pretty dated and the last week we were there, the mice come out to visit us....three were caught inside the house. The noise from I-70 is pretty loud, but I think that would be the case in almost all of Vail valley.
