Nicely Appointed Vail Mtn. Getaway- Hot Tub, Fireplace, Free Bus, Free WiFi

Come vacation at our comfortable and nicely appointed top floor unit! The property is located in beautiful East Vail situated along the scenic Gore Creek. World class skiing on Vail Mountain is just minutes away via the complimentary town of Vail shuttle that runs every 15 minutes during the prime ski season.

The condo is tastefully furnished and nicely appointed with all the comforts of a modern home. This is not your average rental grade outdated ski condo. We provide our guests with down duvet comforters, modern appliances, cable tv, blue-ray player, and even Free high speed Wifi. This is a mountain home for our family as well, so we keep the unit and its furnishings in top shape.

Parking is conveniently located down just one flight of steps. For a more detailed view of the property please view the video by clicking the link on the overview page superimposed on the main property photo.

The kitchen has been nicely updated with granite counters and modern appliances. We have fully stocked the kitchen with all the tools necessary to complete a gourmet meal. We have a crock pot, toaster, hand mixer, drip coffee pot, and Keurig coffee maker. We also have a propane grill on the deck.

Settle up next to a warm fire while sitting in our nice large comfortable sofa. Enjoy Premium HD cable TV with HBO, stream Netflix, or use the Blue-Ray player on a new 50 inch Samsung LED TV with surround sound.

Three enclosed bedrooms, plus a loft open to the down stairs comprise the sleeping area for 9 with a maximum of 10 guests (6 beds in all - see room description for full details). Although the unit can sleep up to 9 people, we find our property is much more comfortable with groups of less then 8.

The main floor master contains a king-size bed complete with full size dresser and night side tables.

The second main floor bedroom contains a queen-size bed complete with dresser.

The third bedroom is on the second floor next to the loft with a queen bed.

The loft is great for teens, kids, or singles and has one twin bed and a bunk bed. The bunk bed is a twin above and a full size below.

Rates are available by requesting a quote on the website. Book for a week and the cleaning fee will be waived (reflected in the weekly price). Book early for the upcoming season for best rates and availability. For people with severe pet allergies HOA regulations do not allow guests to bring pets, but our dog does occasional stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s VRBO! The accommodations were lovely and cozy, and it’s clear that Josh’s family has done an excellent job keeping the home welcoming and well-equipped for a vacation. They were fantastic communicators and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was very convenient, making it simple and quick to get to Lionshead in central Vail. We would highly recommend staying with Josh again!

Great house near by to Vail!

House was amazing for our party of 6, everyone had their own bed, house was steps from the bus to vail and hot tub and market right out the back steps. Can’t wait to come back for our next trip!

Great stay

The condo was appointed very nicely, and we had everything we needed. Driving to public parking to ski at Vail is really not that expensive and it made staying at the condo perfect. We plan on staying there again next year.

Overall the place was great. My only gripe is that the 3rd bedroom next to the loft only has 3 walls, the 4th wall is a curtain and people in that room can hear everyone and vis versa

Perfect Vail Getaway!

If you see that this property isn’t booked yet, count your lucky stars and book asap! We stayed here during the winter with my extended family (6 of us total) and it was absolutely perfect! Enough space and beds for all of us - loved that they were nice full size beds! And the shuttle is a short 3 minute walk that takes you right into Vail for some shopping and skiing. Josh was quick to respond if I had any questions and there were plenty of amenities already in the property so we didn’t use a lot of what we brought. And if you happen to forget something, there a market right in the same complex which we found super helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

Great space for a family of 6

Great property for my family of 6. Very clean. Nice to have quality plates by Mikasa and Crate and Barrel. Kitchen is fully stacked with items to make and put away meals: garlic salt, the usual spices, sugar, foil, plastic wrap, parchment paper, etc. They provide plenty of clean towels, shampoo/conditioner and body soaps at each bathroom. We enjoyed our first time staying at Vail and made our yearly skiing trip another one to remember. Thank you!

Great condo in east Vail! Hot tub just down the stairs 🥳

Very well equipped, plenty of linens and towels, lots of kitchen equipment for cooking, well equipped with spices, condiments, staples and odds and ends (probably left behind by other renters). Tips: 1. As one other review said, check out the kitchen before you go shopping! 2. The upstairs loft sleeping area is completely open to the downstairs, as well as the enclosed bedroom in the loft ( it is closed with a curtain). Only 2 soundproof bedrooms, if that’s an issue for you.

Great condo for a Vail vacation

Everything about this condo is great. The owners are communicative, the living space is compact but has lots of places for people and things, there is everything (shampoo, sponges, paper towels, etc.), and the proximity to the mountain is great. The complex has a hot tub as well as a little store for firewood or whatever. This is one of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The dishes and linens and everything were in great condition and spotless. I took away a star because we intentionally wanted a traditional three-bedroom condo. This condo has two full bedrooms on the main level. The third bedroom is part of the loft and although it has a door, it has a huge open window overlooking the living space below. The window is covered by a curtain so that no light gets in, but it is obviously not sound proof so we were tiptoeing around at night and early in the morning. Thank you, Josh!

Best at Pitkin! Excellent home with all the amenities!

We travel to Vail every year, always staying in East Vail area. This was the best condo yet! Great location at Pitkin. Close designated parking spot! We had two cars, so the guest parking lot was wonderful! Close to hot tub-we walked there in crocs and towels. The bus stop isn't terribly far 2 minute walk- no one complained. This CONDO has everything you need to cook, clean, bathe, entertain, WiFi etc. I love it when you don't have to buy salt/pepper, and it feel like a home and not a sterile rental place. The master bed was super comfortable, with plenty of towels, and blankets. In-unit washer/dryer/dishwasher. Even the dumpster for trash in conveniently located. The loft for the kids was awesome, so adults could get some downtime downstairs. The nearby convenient store is nice when you forget key ingredients or run out of bread. They even had tupperware which was nice to use for leftovers. Clean, cozy, and convenient. Will stay here again.

good value for the money!

This property had everything we needed. 3 bedrooms and a loft area provided a lot of sleeping space. 2 full bathrooms was great. We were close to the bus to town which was nice. A nice market and liquor store close by for what you need. The jacuzzi was nice. The property provided all the little things like paper towels, dish soap, TP etc. All in a all a good value. Had a good time!

Perfect for Christmas

We spent Christmas here, and it was great. The condo has all the necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Fun to hangout with family in the great room. Josh was very quick to respond to all messages. Directions were easy for getting in. Nice little market a 3 minute walk away, even in a snowstorm. Easy access by bus to Vail Village for shopping, dining, and skiing. Make dinner reservations in the villages months ahead!

Perfect East Vail location

Property was exactly as described and had all the necessities to make for a comfortable stay. Bathrooms were updated and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was well maintained and a perfect relaxation place after the days activities.

We are a Colorado family who enjoy the mountains every month of the year. Everyone knows Vail has great skiing in the winter, but we enjoy the other seasons equally as much. The hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, are all amazing.

Why they chose this property

Pitkin Creek is a great year around destination offering a convenient location on the bus route for winter skiing and great access to hiking, biking, swimming, and fishing in the summer. The complex grounds allow a nice space for children to safely play. The pool is a big hit in the summer as well. The bike path along gore creek makes for a beautiful 20 minute bike ride into Vail Village. We have skied all over the world and truly believe that Vail really is 'Like nothing on earth'
