The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! (The indoor and large outdoor pools will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.) During the summer, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy but is not guaranteed.

This beachfront condo is ideally within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, which are only four miles south.

Step onto your private oceanfront balcony and soak in breathtaking direct views of the ocean—perfect for savoring morning coffee as the sun rises or unwinding with a refreshing evening drink while listening to the waves.
The cozy living area invites you to kick back and relax. In 2026, we added a queen-size cabinet bed, a convenient breakfast bar, and an armoire for extra storage. A fresh tile kitchen backsplash was installed in 2025.
Recent updates keep everything feeling comfortable:

Things to Know
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
