Welcome to Golden Sands 314, a beautiful beachfront studio condo offering everything you need for the perfect Ocean City getaway — all within one resort-style complex!

During the summer season, enjoy the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops — all right in the building.
Ideally located, this condo is within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. For easy transportation, hop on the Ocean City bus and explore everything from the historic Boardwalk (just five miles south) to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles away.
