The dining area includes a table for 4 people, whilst the lounge, with its sofa, comfortable armchairs and television, is ideal for gathering and sharing enjoyable moments with family or friends. The independent kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto), will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. You will also find a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a second independent WC for added comfort.



On the sleeping side, a first bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a television opens onto the ground floor balcony. By taking the staircase leading to the mezzanine, you will discover a second bedroom, also equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm). The beds in both bedrooms can be pushed together to form two King Size beds 180x200cm.
