We had an exceptional experience in this home, and cannot wait to visit again. The location is perfectly located: central, yet calm and quiet. The recent renovations are high quality and well executed. Situated in a historic building, just steps away from famed Berthillon, this home is truly a gem.

We have stayed in Paris multiple times in long term rentals so we have experience at this. Great location in central Paris. Clear instructions from the host. Property was exactly as described and in the video. Furniture was good. Large refrigerator was nice to have, and much larger than most rentals. Shower was good in structure, size, water flow, and heat. Good tv channels selection. Bed was nice size and comfortable, especially compared to other rentals we have had.

This is a very old, very, very dusty and out of shape building. The apartment is nice, exactly as shown on pictures but the building is a total surprise, not in a good way. The apartment Could be cleaner. The location is excellent, no noise because it’s an interior apartment. There’s no way to get in touch with anyone. Only one towel for a whole week. Ran out of power for more than an hour, had to fix it myself. Felt a bit of a scam because of the building.
