Welcome to our family's special vacation home! We've made so many memories here and are excited to share it with you.
Heated Pool: Day or night, the private and fenced pool is the perfect place to rejuvenate and make memories. Watch the planes take off above from Peter O. Knight airport during the day, while string lights add charm as the sun sets at night.
Perfect and quiet location on the Island. Surrounded by water, the home is less than a mile walk to restaurants! You can also enjoy a short walk to the beach, parks or watch the planes fly in at the Peter O. Knight Airport.
Owner's Suite: After a restful slumber, walk out to the pool and backyard patio to enjoy a cup of coffee. Suite includes a plush queen bed, night stand, dresser and Roku TV. Shower/tub combo located in separate entrance so you won't be disturbed.
Enjoy your favorite meal in this beautifully updated full kitchen. Includes brand new stainless steel dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Drip & Keurig Coffee , plates, bowls, pots, pans, toaster, silverware, cups & spices included.

Fantastic stay!

The house was immaculately clean and in a fantastic location on Davis Islands. Plenty within walking distance and short trip to many attractions. We had a great stay!

Relaxing and felt like home

We enjoyed our time away and this home made it incredibly easy with its proximity to everything yet a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful location to walk around and enjoy the views or sit by the pool and soak in the sun. Comfortable beds, couches, and layout.

Booked for a second time for the Davis Island Regattas. The home, location and property owner are amazing. This is our racing team’s unofficial winter headquarters!

Perfect Staycation

Our family of four escaped to Davis Island for a fun change of pace for a weekend. We enjoyed the property which was the perfect layout for us… lots of lounging space, TV’s and a nice pool area. We rented a golf cart and only used it to get around the island and visit all the cute hot spots… from morning coffee at DI coffee bar to lunch at Ferrels and dinner at Margaritas to watching college football and enjoying beers at Molly Malones! Davis Island is a little slice of heaven… thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Home away from home!

Laura was amazing: I've never had ANY host predict my questions and give such helpful responses. The location of this property was unbelievable too. walking distance to over a dozen cute local restaurants, steps away from the Yacht Club (our primary source of activity on this trip!) and all of Tampa and surrounding activities! We're already booked for our next trip and will re-book this property for many years to come!

Beautiful Home!

My family rented the house on Davis Islands when in town for a long weekend. The home was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities you could want. It was conveniently located to nearby restaurants, parks and the city. Safe & quiet neighborhood. Laura & Luke were extremely responsive to answer any questions we had or take care of anything that we needed. We would stay again and recommend it to others!

Wonderful beautiful home in a perfect location

This is a very comfortable home fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Beds are super comfortable and linens are great too. Home has lots of areas to spend quality time in and a great yard to relax in as well. Also in a fantastic location. We walked to coffee in town each morning. Really beautiful neighborhood so being out and about is safe and enjoyable. Very centrally located to many things in Tampa so that is great too. We will definately return.

Perfect Oasis!! 🌴

We booked a last-minute stay over Easter holiday to visit an elderly friend of ours. It was perfectly located to the little beach on Davis Island and kids Loved the bikes. The hostess was most accommodating with answering all our questions and very quickly responding. The pictures are just like the house. The little downtown area had the cutest little restaurants and we thoroughly enjoyed the margarita restaurant. Highly recommend a stay and a dip in the pool! We will be back.

Clean bungalow on Davis Island!

Very clean home. Plenty of clean towels to use for the pool. Heated pool was great! Our daughter spent many hours swimming! In a nice neighborhood on Davis Islands, we felt safe the entire time. Check-in and check-out very easy & smooth. House could use a few updates, but overall was nice & good location. Easy access to a paved walking path nearby. Laura was awesome! Very prompt responses with any questions. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay on Davis Island!

Great Stay in Great Location

Having lived in Tampa and being married to someone who grew up on Davis Islands, we were very happy to find a property on the Islands. The house was great... good size, had everything we needed, TVs in every room, and great WiFi. The pool got great sunlight all day so was the perfect temp and my kids loved hanging out there. Laura was great with communication and even made some adjustments to our schedule. Great neighborhood - very quiet and residential, yet not far from anything. Only piece of feedback is the home was very warm when we arrived (85 degrees) and we had to adjust the thermostat frequently as it kept resetting to higher temps (75+). Wasn't a major issue though and the house never got to the 85 mark again during our stay.

We were captivated by Davis Islands after visiting my best friend who lives on the Island with her family. It's a place where Big City meets Tranquil Paradise. We enjoy exploring the island on the golf cart and bikes, taking our dog Batman on walks; where the neighbors smile and stop to talk. We cherish the morning routine of sitting outside on the pool deck with a cup of coffee, watching the small planes go by. It is a joy to share our family's second home with you!
