We have two KING size beds waiting to "lull" you to sleep. Check out the pics of the bedrooms and the modern abstract décor. Both bathrooms have large vanities with granite tops. . AND both bathrooms have hair dryers! Lots of fluffy, soft towels. Quality linens and pillows. A comfy leather sofa and chair plus a large flat screen TV.

Laundry room has full-sized washer and dryer. Complete with iron and ironing board. We provide your first few days of supplies such as: laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towel, toilet tissue, etc.

Our community is gated and private. Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). We have tried to anticipate everything you might need to make your vacation truly awesome! Free wireless internet.

We offer high quality vacation homes and stellar service to our guests.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
New or last-minute travelers may not be accepted
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed the home's maximum guests count of 4 people.
Please let us know the specific ages of children under 18 years of age. Not suitable for toddlers age 9 months to 4 years
