Unfortunately, we didn't have the best stay at this place. It was incredibly damp inside despite air conditioners running, and there was a pretty strong odor of mildew in the bedroom - there was mold growing in the bedroom AC unit which wasn't great for my asthma. Other than that, everything was fine and it generally seemed pretty clean, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The yard seemed great for those with pets (we couldn't make much use of it because it was raining during our stay but that's nobody's fault!), but again, the outdoor furniture was pretty moldy and not really usable. It was okay for a one-night stay, but I think there's room for some improvement.

Lisa is a great host anf the house is really nice. The big plus for us and why we picked this house is the big fenced in yard, our fur babies loved it. The location is great as well, close to all the fun stuff in Pittsburgh. We highly recommend Lisa and her rental!
Clean and comfortable. I stayed here a few days while in Pittsburgh for work. It was convenient & quiet, and a fairly short trip into downtown/Oakland.
We just had a brief stay in Pittsburgh and this house was ideal for us. It was cute, clean, and well equipped, but most importantly for us it had a perfect yard for our dogs. We will stay again when we come to Pittsburgh
This property is a hop, skip and a jump to many places. The house was cozy and pet friendly. It was a great spot to go back to after a day out! The property owner is very friendly!
Lisa’s house worked out well for us — got to do laundry, hang out comfortably, let dog into side yard to go potty, close to downtown for sightseeing, but provided a quiet place to sleep at night.

Very comfortable, clean, cozy, well-equipped place to stay that is uniquely charming. And Pearl, the outdoor cat greeter was a nice companion on the front porch while I had my coffee on a rainy morning (she seems to only come to you if invited, a very polite kitty!).
Will definitely try to stay here again if I ever come back to the area!
This charming gem of a home was a great place to spend the evening before giving a local presentation. Loved the art and antique furnishings. Lisa is a welcoming host and the neighborhood dogs and cats were a big bonus. cats and dogs a joy.
