Starting the week of April 20, rooftop equipment replacement may cause brief closures of the service road, some amenities and garage access. With over 2300 square feet of space, this condo rental allows for up to eleven guests. There is plenty of room to spread out with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. The primary bedroom features its own private balcony, where you will capture panoramic views of the Gulf. The balcony additionally features a private hot tub for your enjoyment. Each room at Turquoise Place is equipped with Smart TV’s where family and friends can unwind after their relaxing day on the beach and catch up on their favorite shows. The property features its own private gas grill and a fully stocked kitchen that has stainless steel appliances and luxurious granite countertops. Family and friends will enjoy gathering around and catching up over a meal in this spacious vacation rental.

Turquoise Place in Orange Beach offers high-end resort amenities. Choose to relax in one of the five community pools or float in the lazy river. There is also a new waterslide and splashpad. I love the simplicity of a beach trip with littles. Out stay was wonderful and provided a great location for some deep family time. The best thing about the turquoise building is the hot tubs on the balconies. The view from the 28th floor was also fantastic! I also appreciated the decor of the condo. Very well done!

Beautiful condo

Condo is as advertised and looks just like the pictures. The views from the 28th floor are breathtaking! The condo was very clean but did have a few minor maintenance issues from normal wear and tear but this is to be expected. The only real issue that we had was parking. The unilt has assigned parking in a parking garage but we had an oversized vehicle and couldn't use the space. The oversized parking was not regulated (many small cars using the spaces) so at times parking was an issue

Labor Day Vacay

This was our first time to stay at Turquoise Place. We had the best time. Lots of pools, lazy river, and games to play. The condo was beautiful and as described and be sure to bring your binoculars. You will be amazed to see all the creatures in the ocean.

Beautiful Property

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The only negative we had was that the hot tub didn't work. We had really looked forward to that part. But it also wouldn't keep us from coming back.

A lovely getaway!

This was our 2 year old's first trip to the beach, so we had really high hopes for the condo and location and we were not disappointed! The condo was super clean and we felt comfortable immediately upon our arrival. It was our first time to the area, so we weren't super thrilled with the lack of restaurants that were walkable from the hotel, but that has no reflection on the condo and property itself. We DEFINITELY recommend this property!

Amazing

This was absolutely the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in! We will be back hopefully to the same room. The in-house icemaker was a double plus for us! The Jacuzzi was another double plus for us. We hope they never discontinue having those on deck. All personnel was very friendly, kind and professional. We will be returning again.

Almost Perfection!!

We all loved this place. It’s beautifully appointed, beds were comfy, views amazing!! The gas grill on the balcony was a huge bonus as well as the balcony hot tub! Kitchen was very well equipped. The only issue we had was that one of the sliding mirror doors on the closet was off the rail when we arrived and the floors were a little sandy. Not enough to really complain about considering how absolutely lovely the place was! We will definitely be back to vacation at this gorgeous place!!

GREAT CONDO -- but A/C limitations

We loved this condo, even being on the 28th floor was not an issue getting an elevator. Condo is beautiful. Love the white bedding policy knowing even the bedspreads are cleaned between each guest. The company informed me after arrival that we would not be able to turn the AC any lower than 73 degrees. I have stayed at Turquoise place 1-3 times a year for the past 5 years or so... and have never been told that. After 2 days, the AC had risen to 76 degrees. They responded quickly once I stressed the frustration of a hot room, but still never allowed me to make the unit "cold" for sleeping - personal preference.

Will be booking this Condo again!!

This was our 6th girl’s trip to the area and first time to stay at this condo. We will definitely be booking it again!! Everything was great. The pictures are very accurate. The condo, furnishings and appliances are all beautiful and in great condition. From the moment we drove in the parking garage and we taken care of. The staff was very nice and helpful in letting us know where we needed to park and check in desk was friendly and informative. I was a little worried about being on the 28th floor, but ended up loving it! The views were amazing and the six elevators were super clean with plenty of windows and fast. Never a problem. We enjoyed the pools, lazy river, beach, snow cone and beverage area. It’s a big enough property that it never felt crowded anywhere. There were plenty of chairs to rent on the beach and that staff checked on you often to see if you needed your umbrella adjusted. The beach was amazing as always. We were a group of three adults and a three year old, so that’s the size group I can base our stay on, but I’m sure a bigger group would be fine there too.

Some good, some bad.

We stay at turquoise often, but this was our first time in this unit. It was ok, but in need of repair. The walls are scuffed almost everywhere and definitely need repainting. First day, we went on the porch to grill and use the hot tub and it was disgusting. The grill was so dirty it wouldn’t even turn on and the hot tub was half full and had a ton of sand in it. It took several days for someone to come service the hot tub, and a day for the grill. When my sister went to take a shower, the whole handle fell off. Normally these are not things I’d mention, however at ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS PER NIGHT, it felt pertinent. Bottom line- these places are not being checked out and it shows. and although mgmt responded to the issues, it taking several days to do so was very disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Capitalize the "N" in NEVER AGAIN!This unit was a diaster well hidden in the building.I booked Southern Vacation Rentals at Turquoise Place and it was the worst decision ever made! On day one the ridiculousness started. My parents walked in to the vanity door in the master off the hinge & not one bathroom out of the 3 had a full working set of lights. Later my mother was cooking & water poured from the vent above the stove. I called the company/was told they would place a work order for each item & someone would be out to fix the issues. Day 2-the tv service went out 30 mins after a storm so we waited for 2 hrs to give it time;it still didnt come back on so my brother and I reset/troubleshooted every box for an additional 2 hrs. We got no where, even called Dish (another complaint for another post) so I called the company again to report the issue; answer a work order yet again and it would be addressed shortly. Day 3-myself/family came in from the day at the beach/pool to find the AC NOT WORKING, just the box blinking red, beeping/flashing "service needed"& it was 80 degrees; I called for the 3rd day in a row and guess what I was told...they will put in a work order...I absolutely lost it...6 work orders in, now at the end of our stay (that was not cheap!!) & nothing has been addressed! The cherry on top today, the power/water went out as we were getting ready to leave...RUN DONT WALK AWAY from booking with this place! Save yourself the headache!

Thank you for your feedback. We regret the challenges you experienced during your stay and understand how disappointing this was. We have since had all issues resolved in the unit. Upon receiving the reports for the issues in the unit, the Guest Services Team promptly created the work order for the property manager to have the issues addressed. The vanity door in the master was addressed after your departure, per your request; the stove vent leak was found to be caused by condensation. Light bulbs in the bathrooms have been replaced. Cable service interruption experienced was due to weather conditions in the area, and unfortunately, the AC issue occurred following a power outage the day before check-out. We understand how frustrating it can be when multiple issues arise during a vacation; we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. As such, compensation was offered and accepted for the experience. We appreciate your feedback and we hope to host you again for a future visit.

My friends and I had such high hopes for this property! We chose turquoise Place based on the fact that they had hot tubs on every balcony. There were reviews for this particular property stating that the hot tub wasn’t working, so we confirmed with one of your representatives, which we have in writing, that it WOULD be working. As it came closer to time for our trip, after the cancellation date had already passed, we were told there would be no hot tub. We had no time to regroup and book elsewhere. One member in our party has a medical need for hot tub soaks every night, so because of this, she was unable to make the trip. Additionally, the plastic encasements on all of the mattresses were pretty noisy as we moved in our sleep throughout each night, making it hard to sleep soundly. Lastly, the rugs in the kitchen and dining area smelled like urine. We were promised a 20% refund and only received 10%. Sadly, we do not plan to book with this company ever again. Very disappointed!!

Beautiful condo and view.

I would rent again from this property even with the minor issues during our stay. Property mgr was responsive to small issues, but properly maintenance and front desk were slower to respond. 1. Key entry was an issue on 4th day. Took 3 trips to main desk and two maintenance workers to determine new desk clerks were making bad keys. Never figured out why they stopped working. 2. Fire alarm low battery beep went off & required a ladder to change battery. Front desk said it would be hours before they would be able to change battery. After a few hours no maintenance & I had to walk to other building to complain to front desk. They told me to go outside of the condo & enjoy the beach because it might be a while before they could get to it. I stressed the danger of not having a working fire alarm & the sent someone up immediately. 3. Reported on day two the hot tub needed more water & needed cleaning. It took 3 days to respond. The condo was updated, clean, well equipped with amazing ocean views. The property manager was very responsive & helpful responding to text & phone calls immediately. It’s a huge two building complex very well maintained complex. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in years of renting beach condo’s. The minor issues were a little annoying, but the beautiful condo and complex made up for them. The minor issues were random & they were all addressed.
