The south-facing terrace suitable for farmiente is overlooked by a pretty wooded park. For your tranquility adjoining the villa, you will benefit from free, private and enclosed parking
The through accommodation consists of: on the ground floor on the parking side, a TV lounge, sofa.

In order to preserve energy resources a metre reading will be taken on your arrival and departure. An electricity package of 10 kwH per day is included in the rental price, beyond this package the kwH consumed will be charged at 0.38 €.
