We loved staying at Brett’s place, especially the open living area and the covered porch, where we enjoyed watching an afternoon thunderstorm roll through. The condo had everything we needed, and it was beautifully organized. We hope to come back in the winter!

This is such a beautiful condo with a unique layout. I was solo, so didn't really use the upstairs, but it would be a great space for kids

The place is very cozy with comfortable beds and lots of detailed touches like pool towels, extra blankets, wine glasses, a small stash of board games, etc. Also, it's right near the pool and hotubs!

Excellent facility. Kitchen facilities are great except too few glasses. Bed would be better without plastic mattress cover as this prevents sheets from staying on the mattress.

Quick Trip

We were looking to stay in Breck for a quick 2 day ski trip as a family. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed to include board games the older kids enjoyed playing together. We were able to walk to dinner at the Breck brewery. Will def think of the condo next time we are looking to spend the night in Breck.

Amazing property

We come up to Breckenridge yearly and absolutely loved this place. It was fully stocked with everything you would need. It has a very nice heated pool with multiple hot tubs. The location is absolutely perfect. It is a short walk to the town. The loft was perfect for the kids and had a little cubby area for them to watch TV. There was a bathroom up in the loft as well. Main floor had the bedroom and another bathroom. We will definitely be booking here again.

Great location

The location was great, and the place was nice but, they had a water drain issue and dirty towels were left in the bathroom. When I contacted the property manager we were told to just use the upstairs bathroom. With 6 people in our group it wasn’t very convenient to all use the upstairs bath. We were very disappointed with the solution we were given. We reserved a place with two baths and 3 beds, so that’s what we expected to have. We weren’t given any compensation or much of an apology. It wasn’t the type of service we have had in the past nor what we are used to.

Sheryl, So sorry for the hassle on your one night stay. We inspected the unit after you left and the drain seemed to be working fine. I did send the cleaners by late with new towels for you and after hearing back from the inspector they showed us pics of their clean and inspection without any towels on the floor. I had personally been there earlier in the day replacing a light bulb and didn't notice them. Sorry we didn't give the discount you were looking for or late check out when booking last minute the day of arrival, or a refund for towels on the floor but the place seemed to be in great shape when we looked at our notes, pics and inspected after you left. Glad you enjoyed the location, pool, and amenities.
