Small house with wooded garden

Small single-storey house located in a quiet environment 10 minutes walk from the centre of the village and its shops (bakery, supermarket, bar, restaurants) and 15 minutes from the river, the Gardon.

The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi.
Cleaning before the arrival of each traveller included in the price.

Small house with lime walls and raw concrete floors that has:
- a bright living room with sofa and television,
- a kitchen (open to the living room) equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, ceramic domino hob as well as a large table and essentials for cooking.
- a small bathroom with washing machine, towel dryer, hair dryer and window with mosquito net
- separate toilet without sink
- 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds). Windows with mosquito net.
- reversible air conditioning

You will have your own wooded and fenced outdoor area where you can park your vehicle and enjoy the terrace (with fold-out awning), the garden and its dining area.

Collias is a very pretty village (crossed by 2 rivers: the Alzon and the Gardon), it offers the possibility of various activities: swimming, hiking, canoeing, horse riding and cycling, climbing, via ferrata...
Ideally placed to go by car to discover all the riches of our beautiful region: Gardon gorges, Pont du Gard 9 minutes away, Uzès (small medieval town, its duchy and its magnificent market on the Place aux Herbes) about fifteen minutes away, Nîmes and its Roman monuments about thirty minutes away as well as Arles and Avignon about forty minutes away.

Logement tres pratique et bien équipé. La clim par ce temps un vrai plus ainsi que le jardin entièrement clôturé pour le chien. A véritablement 1/4h à pied de collias centre et ses jolies ruelles et le gardon. Christine est disponible et très reactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison. Elle était parfaitement propre et disposait de tout le nécessaire pour se sentir bien. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions de l’hôte, qui font toute la différence.Le terrain extérieur permet de profiter pleinement du calme et de la nature. La maison est idéalement située, à quelques minutes à pied du village de Collias et très proche de Uzès.

De communicatie met gastvrouw Christine verliep vlot en aangenaam haar aanwijzingen om tot het verblijf en de sleutel te geraken waren heel helder!Voor de rest: proper en gezellig huisje, propere lakens, propere handdoeken, in de keuken alles wat je nodig hebt om te kunnen koken, een mooie grote tuin met verschillende tafeltjes, bankjes en stoelen, een rustige buurt, een bakker en klein lokaal supermarktje op ongeveer 10 minuten wandelen,… en dat allemaal in een streek met prachtige natuur.

Petite maison

Petite maison tres bien, la clim est un vrai plus pour les periodes de canicule.Le petit village de Collias est sympatique et pas loin de la maison.
