New bathroom, new floors and fully furnished. Walk to local beach, 2 miles to town center with local shops, restaurants and beautiful green. Activities nearby include kayaking, hiking, local breweries and wineries. Easy access to I-95 and less than 15min drive to New Haven, home of Yale University. A nice place to stay anytime of year- amazing ocean views and great location!

Beautiful views!

This house has the most spectacular views of the Sound, is steps from a beautiful beach, and is wonderfully decorated. We had such a peaceful stay!
