The space
Let’s start with the kitchen. As owners who love to cook, our kitchen boasts beautiful butcher block counters, plenty of cooking supplies and storage for all your food, a double oven and live edge open shelving. Next to the kitchen is a little breakfast nook where we have some comfy chairs and a nice place to read a book or drink your morning coffee. You will find the home stocked with good coffee and all the fun gadgets to make great lattes and cappuccinos. We have a milk frother, grinder, and nice coffee maker. We also provide guests with a variety of tea and hot coco to enjoy at your stay.
The living room has a big screen projector for movie nights, as well as a very cozy wood stove. It’s an open concept with lots of seating one side the dining area in the other side. We have a sectional and a futon which can pull into a full sized bed for extra sleeping.
Down the hallway, there are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed with a memory foam mattress and down comforter and pillows. There’s also a desk and high speed internet ready for remote working. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub, double sinks, and a stand up shower.
The other two bedrooms each have super comfortable queen beds and are well appointed with nice decor.
Finally, the guest bathroom sits between them with a full size shower tub combo.
The backyard is rustic and natural but does have a fire pit available when there are no fire bans in place and lots of wild flowers and backs up to a huge forest ready for your exploring.

Amaris was great with communication and quick to respond! Property was great and well stocked with food, cooking spices and oils, and lots of cookware and utensils. A great kids park nearby, and only 25 min from downtown Leavenworth!
The property was pleasant and worked well for our group. The backyard area was perfect for our kids to play in the snow, and the neighborhood sledding hills were great. The town of Plain is small but nice, and the valley is beautiful. Short drive to Leavenworth. Owner was responsive to all communications. Wood burning stove was pleasant to use, with plenty of firewood provided by owner.
Other reviewers mentioned dogs in the neighborhood, which we experienced also. While friendly, most of the dogs wander off leash and we had to clean up after some of the dogs going bathroom in the snow around the property. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of.
The outside and the neighborhood gave us pause when we arrived but the inside was nice and well stocked.

Inside is cozy!
Overall nice experience with the host and ease of rental.
The interior was nice and cozy; outside was not what you were expecting/hoping for. Lesson learned!
We did enjoy our time overall, quick drive to Leavenworth and quiet. Kitchen was stocked in great condition.
Thank you!

Misleading amenities
We were very surprised when we pulled up to the property. The information we reviewed made it appear that the property bordered a river with access from the property. This was not the case. We couldn't even see a river. The manufactured home was located in a tight neighborhood of multiple other homes, many of which had dogs running loose outdoors. There were huge powerlines running over the property. The house interior itself was very cute and comfortable and clean.

Why they chose this property
I own or help manage rentals at several locations. My family members own cabins in Leavenworth and Packwood and my primary home is in Fremont Seattle. I manage all the properties on Aibnb which has enabled the family to both be able to enjoy retreating to the mountains and also sharing the spaces with others. At all the properties I manage, you can count on a great coffee bar and comfortable bedding.
