We had a very peaceful stay, great location. Owners were very friendly with quick response time. The only issue we had was no beach towels available, which was not a big deal. We purchased some at a nearby store

Great Location

We truly enjoyed our time at this home. Support by Alan was terrific and the house was very close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

House was clean. Directions clear. The pool needs updating, cracked surrounding and outdated, Not as pictured. Limited amount of towels. No pool towels offered. But laundry on site. Overall good stay but bring pool towels for the stay.

Great location and great service

This house is in a great location. It was everything we needed in terms of location for a family get together on the beach. There is quite a bit of evidence of storm damage, but it did not affect us enjoying time at the beach. Also management checked in on us often to ensure our stay was up to par.

Great location. Would have appreciated some toiletries to get started. Owner was very responsive and helpful with any issues that arose before and during our stay.

Fantastic!

This property was perfect for our needs. We had a relaxing week at the house, and close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Alan (the owner) was so attentive to us. Being in our 70’s it was GREATLY appreciated. Will definitely book again!

Indian Rocks Beach Vacation

Communication is outstanding; responsive to issues. The property has some cosmetic issues on the main floor, but it was overall a very comfortable stay and a terrific location. Would stay there again.

Excellent space

We had an impromptu visit from family that live in Florida and it was perfect. The space was great. We could visit comfortably without feeling like we were on top of each other.

Perfect beach area house to stay at!

The house was super clean and spacious with two kitchens and two living areas. We really enjoyed the pool, and we rented the golf cart for a very short drive to the beach which was also walkable. Highly recommend the golf cart, it’s easier to find parking than it would be with a car. Alan, the property manager was very friendly and had the best communication I’ve had with a property manager. We would recommend this place and would stay again!

First Family Vacation

We really enjoyed this property and it was a very smooth process and in a great neighborhood. The only issue we encountered was tiny ants but otherwise very clean and well maintained. Would definitely rent it again. Thank you!!!

Our week in IRB

We enjoyed the week with pool time, eating local seafood at our favorite places, and some shopping & beach time. The house had all the necessary amenities. Our evenings were filled with watching ballgames, etc on the big smart TVs or family games. When there was an issue, it was promptly addressed and resolved. We had a wonderful week.
