A kilátása nagyon szép volt. A wifi nem működött jól, mert az egyik éjszaka egy nagy vihar volt. Az apartman jól felszerelt, de nincs mikró. A strand nincs közel, csak egy kikötő van pár perces sétára, de ott nem lehetett fürdeni. Végülis megoldottuk (kocsival voltunk). The wiew was cool. WIFI wasn''t great because it was a big storm one night, but it''s okay. The apartman was well-equipped, but it hasn''t mikro. The strand is i think far from the apartman, just a ship port is near, there can''t people swimming, but we were whit car, so we solved this problem. - Még az utazás foglalásakor megadtam egy érkezési időt, ami menet közben (útviszonyok, határ) miatt megváltozott. Többször is hívtam a személyzetet a megadott összes (kb. 4) telefonszámon, elérni nem tudtam. Egy órát kellett várnunk plusszba. Az adriagate munkatársai hívták fel végül és érték el a hölgyet. I gave an arrive time for the staff, but it has changed and i called the staff becaused it (4 different phonnummer i tryed). She isn''t answered, and we needed waiting ~ 1 hour+ for the chek in. The members of the adriagate has an emergency call, at least i called that number, they solved the problem.

Vzhľadom na charakter dovolenky ( celý den pri mori ) , nemám prílišné nároky na ubytovanie. Ale dom bol pekný, čistý. Síce ďalej od pláže ( chodili sme autom). Terasa bola skvelá pri večernom posedení - akurát škoda poškodeného slnečníka. Ale inak OK. - Nefunkčná markíza na terase, poškodený slnečník na terase, neskutočne mäkké matrace resp.preležaná postel. Pri zmene tlaku zápach z kanalizácie. Sprchovací kut bol natretý "farbou" ktorá sa odlupovala a stále upchávala odtok. Srandovne riešená elektroinštalácia - vypínače od niektorých svetiel sme ani nenašli.

Verhältnismäßig Preis Leistung passt

Für Kroatische Verhältnisse War die Bewertung stimmig ... Es könnten sicherlich einige Dinge verbessert werden aber der Preis entspricht den Leistungen 6nd und vieles wurde durch den Charme und die herzliche Freundlichkeit des Inhaber Paare s und deren Verwalter wieder wett gemacht Bei anreise funktionierte nur eine der zwei Klimaanlage n was aber ausreichte am 3 Tag gab dann die zweite Klima ihren Geist auf und die Temperaturen schossen stark in die Höhe ...innerhalb von 1,5 Stunden kam der Techniker und brachte eine der Anlagen provisorisch eingeschränkt zum laufen und sagte das er beide eltrobauteile wechseln muss Un diese bestellt und das er sich beeilt um keine tagelangen Ausfall aushalten zu müsse n Bereits am frühen nächsten morgen könnte er die platten wieder installieren und beide Anlagen liefern dann durchgängig mit sehr hoher kullerten !!!!!

Zu empfehlen!

Ein sehr schönes Haus und super Lage. Sehr ruhig, aber man ist innerhalb 10-15min entweder in Medulin (wo ein schöner Sandstrand ist) oder in Pula. Eigtl der perfekte Ausgleich zwischen Entspann- und Erkundungsurlsub. Könnte nur ein klein bisschen sauberer sein 😳😃 sehr sehr nette Vermieter !!!
