Walk to town for a pancake breakfast, shop on Main St., feed the ducks at our neighborhood Harris Lake, from our door take a 30min hike to the peak of Highlands Sunset Rock, enjoy an easy walk to the gorgeous Highlands Botanical Gardens or hike the nearby Satulah Mountain! Whitewater rafting, tubing, zip lining, panning, fishing, more exploring & fun all nearby!

We had a wonderful stay and the host was so great with communication. We were so delighted and surprised that they left us a cake and bottle of wine to enjoy. House was just as described and had everything we needed! Loved the covered porch with a gate so our little ones couldn’t escape or tumble off. Weather was perfect for porch weather! We would definitely rent this house again if the need arises. You could easily walk to town which was nice. I would highly recommend.

Perfect House and Location

The house was perfect for our family. Kids had a blast in the downstairs area and really enjoyed the bunk beds! The location was great. Close to town but still quiet and peaceful. The property manager, Janet, was very helpful and even brought some beautiful flowers when we arrived.

Beautiful mountain home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Absolutely Perfect!

Amazing mountain getaway!

We had such a wonderful time at this property in Highlands! We were so impressed by how comfortable we all were. There is plenty of space for kids to have fun downstairs while adults can enjoy a relaxing time on the covered porch! We cooked several meals and were very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. This truly felt like a home away from home! You won’t regret spending time here!

Everything was Perfect!

I want to start by saying that the concierge of the house, Janet, was incredible! She made our stay so incredibly comfortable and was very helpful. You are in very good hands with Janet! I also thought the location was perfect, a short walk outside of town. The house is located in a very peaceful and quiet area. The house itself is incredibly spacious and has plenty of places to hangout as a group. I stayed here with friends, family, and my wife and there was plenty of room. I would highly recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a nice getaway or wedding retreat. 10/10 service, I will be back for sure! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
