*We loved the condo, the style and quality of bedding, etc. Great location literally a few minutes walk to downtown Highlands.

* Melle is as fantastic host. She was very helpful, providing weather updates days before our trip. During our stay winter weather came through and Melle delivered ice salt so we didn’t slip. She also provided information daily on activities currently going on in the area and was always incredibly responsive when asked for suggestions.

HEMLOCK LOFT’s well-designed interiors and open floor plan creates a classic, comfortable unique retreat for your Highlands stay. Our 2nd floor loft opens to a living area with a cozy gas fireplace, 50-inch TV and dining table perfect for a family dinner, wine tasting, movie, or game night. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need whether you carry in a pizza or prepare Thanksgiving dinner.

Ensuring you will feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and most importantly well-rested ready to attend an event, go for a hike or walk around town, our 2 king bedrooms and 4 bed bunk room have Tempur-Pedic mattresses, luxury count sheets, and memory foam pillows.

Located 1 block from the Performing Arts Center offering live performances, movies, and concerts; a 2 block walk to the Kelsey-Hutchinson Park hosting live concerts, arts and crafts shows, and farmers markets throughout the season; and a 3 block walk to downtown Main Street.

Next to the Highlands Rec Center, with a daily or weekly reasonable rate, the town offers visitors use of the pool, pickle ball and tennis courts and fitness facility. A playground, skateboard park and dog park are on the rec center grounds.

Dogs are welcome, maximum two per stay; $250 pet fee required. You have a private entrance and designated parking for 3 vehicles and a Weber gas grill.

What a great spot! Terrific location, only a block from Main St. Very walkable. Melle was so responsive and helpful! The unit was well appointed and had everything we could possibly need. Super comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Convenient Loft

The loft was perfect for our trip to Highlands. With 2 king bedrooms and one bunk room, it would be a great place for two couples taking kids to Highlands. The location is great for a short walk to Main St in Highlands.

Wedding Weekend with Friends

What a perfect place for 3 couples in town for a friend’s daughter’s wedding. It was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and was an easy walk to downtown. I would highly recommend this loft and Melle was wonderful to work with!

Fantastic location!

We were on a quick getaway to do some snow tubing with our family and our friends and their kids. The location was walking distance to town and nice for boys having the rec center next door. It was off season so not as’many dinner choices, but we had a great time regardless! Thanks Melle for always checking in on us.

Great location!

This property is well appointed and very clean. We loved how close it was to Main Street. Just down the street is a great new (opened Aug 2023) restaurant and of course, all the great staples are close by too. We walked to a few trails and only moved our car when we drove to a trail. We also used the Rec Center next door and loved this extra convenience.

The loft is beautifully decorated, very nice and appealing decor. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The open floor plan has a good flow. Love the kitchen. Definitely felt like home away from home. Has an open airy feeling with lots of natural light. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are plush. Bathrooms are tiled and roomy. It's very convenient to Main street and restaurants. Also, there is a dog park close by. Check in was simple. I can't say enough good things about this property and our host Melle. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay here again. I've already told several friends this is the place to stay!!

Lovely stay and location!

Host was super helpful and kind. Communications were top notch. Apartment was well appointed and had everything you need and looked exactly like the pictures. Location was awesome as everything was in walking distance. Our family enjoyed being right next to the tennis courts and rec center, but being that close may not be your thing. We didn’t spend too much time directly in the apartment and it was well insulated, so the noise from the pickleball court wasn’t generally an issue and nothing a sound machine couldn’t fix. The mattresses and bedding were all very comfortable, and we lacked nothing! We would definitely come back!

Perfect on so many levels!

My family had a wonderful stay and it started with the prompt and lovely communication from Melle, the property manager. Thank you Melle for making our stay so special!! The loft (we rented both) was incredibly clean, well furnished with comfortable beds, luxury linens and towels. The kitchen was not lacking for anything to cook a wonderful dinner and even bake a birthday cake!! My whole family enjoyed the creature comforts of our stay and the fabulous location to downtown Highlands. We will be back! Thanks again Melle!

Wonderful stay !

Loft was spotless and very nicely decorated !! Very comfortable beds! Great location to Main Street and nice to have the rec center right next door. Property manager was very quick to respond to a question. Would absolutely stay here again !
