great new apartments were created.
FIRST MOVE in August 2016 on the 3rd floor.
The house has six floors. The apartment is modern and luxurious and leaves no
Wishes open. On almost 70 square meters of living space there are two separate bedrooms, an open living-dining area and a bathroom.
The balcony has a size of approx. 10 sqm and offers a dreamlike

Had an amazing stay. Apartment was very cozy and clean. Very close to the beach. All amenities were provided to us. Thomas, our host was available at anytime for anything that we needed. Will definitely stay here again

Nice apartment, great view, awesome host!

Nice apartment, great view, Thomas was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. if you plan on staying here, we recommend renting a car. On-street free parking was available outside the building.

Extremely Pleased

We just came from a horrible VRBO experience in Portugal, our plane was delayed, we had problems getting rental car, so we arrived at the room late and hours after we were supposed to. The owner communicated with us the entire time and was very easy to work with. He happily met us at the door when we arrived. He provided us with the keys, showed us to the room, showed us how to operate everything, gave us tips on where to shop. The place was very nice and clean. It had a great view of the ocean. There was construction next door, but they finished before evening, so it never bothered us. Overall, a great place to stay and a great experience with the owner.

Le logement est propre, récent ou entièrement rénové, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable.Sa terrasse avec vue sur la mer permet de savourer pleinement des moments de détente face à l’océan.Idéalement situé, le centre-ville est accessible à pied par le remblai longeant la mer, pour de belles promenades en bord de côte.Des supérettes se trouvent à proximité immédiate pour plus de praticité au quotidien.Nous avons passé un excelent séjour.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in dieser sehr schönen gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Dazu kommt die hervorragende Lage, direkt am Meer, Meerblick vom geräumigen Balkon inklusive. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! 5 von 5 Sternen

Spätherbst in Cala Millor

Wir waren im November in dieser schönen gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Das Wetter war mild bei angenehmen 20 Grad. Ideal um Ausflüge zu machen und die Insel zu erkunden. Wir waren sogar noch im Meer schwimmen. Die Jahreszeit im Spätherbst ist ideal, wenn man die Ruhe zum Relaxen sucht und den Trubel des Sommers meiden will. Die Abende konnte man bei einem Glas Wein noch am Balkon genießen und dem Meeresrauschen zuhören. Bei einem Problem war der Vermieter sofort zu erreichen und half weiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Unser Aufenthalt war richtig gut. Betreuung vor Ort: sehr sehr nett. Hilfsbereit. So sollen Vermieter sein. Das appartment war auch sehr schön, alles war vorhansen, nur einige kleine Reparaturen müssten gemacht werden. Aussicht war super. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Uns hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen. Tollen Aufenthalt

Das Appartement ist super nahe am Strand gelegen. Wir haben den Balkon und die Aussicht täglich sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Lediglich bei der Anfahrt hatten wir etwas Probleme weil das Navi die Adresse nicht gefunden hat. Auch für Menschen mit Rollator geeignet. Gerne wieder.

Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man mit einem Handtuch und einem Badetuch auskommt für 1 Woche, wenn man auf den Gartenstühlen mit 2 von 4 Auflagen zufrieden ist, wenn man im Bad nur 2 Haken braucht für 3 Leute, die anderen abgebrochen waren, die Klobrille hängt und der Papierhalter auf halb acht hängt. Auch fanden wir toll, dass je ein Glas für Rotwein, Sekt und Bier vorhanden war, man die vielen Handtücher zum Trocknen nicht über das Geländer hängen soll aber kein Wäscheständer da war. Wir können die Wohnung auch empfehlen, wenn man einen unfreundlichen Hausmeister möchte, der bei Nachfrage nach mehr Handtücher meint, was wir denn wollen, schließlich sind wir Selbstversorger . Und auf Nachfrage , wie der Fernseher funktioniert, meinte die anderen hätten das auch kapiert(wir haben alle 3 den Receiver nicht angebracht und hatten die ganze Zeit kein Fernseher ) Gerechterweise muss man aber sagen, es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren toll.

Ich wusste ja gleich am ersten Tag das Sie auf Krawall aus waren. Es gibt in einer Ferienwohnung nun mal eben ein Set mit Handtücher. Sie sind Selbstversorger und können dann bei Bedarf selber waschen...dafür haben Sie ein Waschmaschine. Ich habe Ihnen Wäschewechsel angeboten, den Sie abgelehnt haben weil Sie diesen nicht bezahlen wollten. Natürlich sitzen Sie auf dem Balkon auf Outdoor Stühlen ( kein Plastik sondern aus Rattan)und nicht auf einem Wohnzimmer Sessel. Ich weiß wirklich nicht was Sie denn wollen. Ich finde Ihre Art von Anfang an beschämend und dreist. Auch bin ich kein Hausmeister, obwohl Sie das durch Ihre Arrogante Art haben so wirken lassen. Solche Gäste wie Sie wünsche ich keinem anderen Gastgeber und kann nur vor Ihnen als Gäste warnen!

Traumurlaub in Cala Millor

Das gebuchte Appartement entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Die Traumaussicht aufs Meer hat uns täglich fasziniert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Alles war perfekt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. In der Küche waren ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr vorhanden, sogar eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Spülmittel, Folie, Essig, Öl, Salz, Zucker stand zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe, Lidl Mercadona waren nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Auch zum Arzt oder in die Apotheke waren es nur ein paar Schritte. Parkplätze waren immer frei, also mit dem Auto gab es überhaupt kein Problem. Unser Vermieter, Thomas, war ein kompetenter freundlicher sehr sympathischer Ansprechpartner, der uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und uns das gute Gefühl vermittelte willkommen zu sein. Da wir auch noch ein herrliches Wetter während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hatten, war der Urlaub alles in allem perfekt. Wir werden wieder kommen! Ganz sicher!

Cala Millor

Thomas was extremely helpful and the property was in a great location in Cala Millor. If you rent a car there are several beaches that you can explore within a short distance for those who prefer a less crowded beach.

Vermieter besser kontrollieren

Nie wieder Ferienwohnung direkt buchen. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Und es war nicht preiswert. Sehr schlechter Service. 2Handtücher für 3Wochen. Keine Bettwäsche gewechselt. Lauwarme Dusche, Wasser im Bad lief sehr schlecht ab, Waschmaschine hat gestunken und dreckig, habe Mittel gekauft und 3mal gereinigt. Kein Internet kein Fernseher auf deutsch wer hat die Bewertung 5Sterne gegeben. Katastrophe könnte noch mehr erzählen

Bel emplacement et appartement agréable.

Appartement totalement conforme à la description. Une vue sur la mer au top! Néanmoins le prix du ménage nous a semblé très élevé. Manque un balai et une pelle pour enlever le sable sans sortir l aspirateur.

Ruhig und doch zentral

…diese Wohnung ist fantastisch gelegen, direkt am Meer, in nur wenigen Metern ist man am weitläufigen Strand. Man bekommt auch im Juli gut einen Parkplatz und eine Corona-Teststelle ist direkt um die Ecke, falls man Bedarf hat. Ein Lidl ist mit dem Auto in 3 Min. erreichbar. Abends kann man an der Promenade entlang ins Städtchen laufen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, hat einen schönen Balkon und für 4 Personen alles, was man braucht. 2 Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen, eine kleine Küche mit Waschmaschine, Bad mit Dusche und ein Wohnzimmer. Handtücher und Strandtücher werden gestellt. Von anderen Bewohnern hört man sehr wenig, man ist total für sich. Man hat alle deutschen TV-Programme, einzig das WLAN ist nicht so dolle, was aber nicht schlimm war. Danke Thomas für einen wirklich erholsamen und gelungenen Urlaub!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in schöner Wohnung

Die Begrüßung durch den Vermieter Thomas war problemlos und er ist sehr nett. Er war auch jederzeit erreichbar und konnte unsere Fragen beantworten. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, gut ausgestattet und so wie sie im Internet angeboten wird. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Putzfrau hat gute Arbeit geleistet. Den schönen Ausblick zum Meer werden wir definitiv vermissen, genauso wie das Meeresrauschen im Schlafzimmer. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub...
