Aqua Vista is an amazing home to spend time with family, relax by the pool or take a short boat ride to all the attractions SW Florida has to offer! From the restaurants, to the beach, to the water...we can't wait to share our little slice of heaven with you!

Why they chose this property

We love Aqua Vista for its location in SW Cape Coral, a quiet cul-de-sac with great neighbors and the view of the water overlooking the pool. 180 feet of waterfront on the canal intersection with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Sitting out on the dock fishing or hopping in one of the two kayaks for some exercise and a view of the many waterfront properties sharing Cape Coral's vast canal system. Ease of travel to Rumrunners or Pinchers down in Cape Harbour via car or boat.
