Clean, Bright, Private Studio Apt. in Downtown Golden

LOCATION!!! Just a 5-10 min walk to breweries, restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. An easy 15 min drive to downtown Denver, 10 min drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and a little over an hour to a number of ski areas. You won't find a better location. Private, quiet setting in a detached garage carriage house unit, yet close to everything.

A great bed is everything! This spacious, vaulted, open layout studio is furnished with a king-sized Nectar mattress. The love seat folds flat for an additional small person/child if needed (additional linen cleaning cost of 50$ and additional person cost of 25/night, let me know ahead of time for linens) A full kitchen with full size appliances. Private south-facing balcony can be utilized throughout the winter with lovely views of Lookout and South Table Mountains. Super clean and comfortable. I enjoy providing all of the items guests might miss from home: slippers, cozy blankets, electric water kettle with a selection of teas, a magnifying mirror, hair dryer, iron, common medications, and small fans/charging stations on either side of the bed.
I am happy to offer my guests a local experience with info on breweries, restaurants, and nearby hiking trails, rock-climbing, mountain biking, and tubing Please feel free to text/call me to discuss your needs.

I have lived in Colorado for over 30 years - starting out on Winter Park Ski Patrol for 6 years, then working as a firefighter for 24 years. I have adventured all over Colorado, and am happy to offer any suggestions on local secrets. I want to help make your stay as memorable as I can. If you appreciate these extras, please help me out with a good review :) Also, feel free to help by leaving the unit on the cleaner side and allowing time to wash all linens for the next guest by starting laundry and dishwasher. I try to go above and beyond for my guests when possible.

I am asked very often about early check in, I try hard to accommodate this convenience for my guests but if you're requesting more than a couple hours I will kindly ask an additional fee to adjust the clean for this request.

Please note my nightly pricing increase is mandatory due to VRBO new payment processing in which they put to owness on the host to charge for service fees in nightly rates as opposed to showing clearly their service fee. This is not by my choice, pricing totals should be similar but, again, this is a new host requirement that appears as though the host is making more but VRBO is taking their increased service fee out of the total.
