Welcome to Villa K-bellou, a charming family house ideally located less than 100 metres from the superb Belle Étoile beach, in the heart of the peaceful Cabellou district. It is the perfect place for rejuvenating holidays with family or friends. Whether you are a fan of lounging on the sand, passionate about sailing or a lover of beautiful walks, its location is a true delight.

Comfortably accommodating up to 6 people, this house currently undergoing renovation has been designed to combine comfort, privacy and shared moments. The garden, spacious and verdant, invites relaxation with its large fitted terrace and shaded grassy areas. Whether for a nap in the sun, a prolonged aperitif or a dinner under the stars, each moment finds its full flavour.

Housing:
As soon as you cross the threshold, you discover a spacious and bright entrance, with an elegant bench that perfectly integrates into the warm atmosphere of the place and creates a welcoming ambiance from the first steps.
This entrance opens onto an impressive kitchen with its volumes and style. Equipped and fully renovated with taste, it offers all the necessary space for cooking, with a view of the sea through its window.
On the left, you discover a vast living-dining room with an authentic atmosphere, with a large dining table and beautiful traditional furniture. Warm and bathed in natural light thanks to the large bay windows, this space invites relaxation and shared meals in complete conviviality. The bay windows open onto a large sunny terrace. You will find garden tables and chairs, loungers and comfortable chairs, perfect for extending indoor moments outdoors, between blue sky and sea air.
Still on the ground floor, a first charming bedroom welcomes you with a double bed and a decoration in soft pastel green tones, soft and springlike. It offers a pleasant view of the garden, ideal for peaceful awakenings. There is also a functional bathroom with a bathtub. There are not yet toilets available on the first floor.
Upstairs, you will discover a large bright master bedroom, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. A second bedroom, nestled and cosy, offers a lovely sea view. An additional room with a spare bed completes this floor. A practical bathroom with a shower, as well as separate toilets, are also available.
