It was challenging to find the property at first since I arrived after dark, however the area was great and very safe.I walked everywhere and the location was very convenient to everything I needed/wanted.

Great Spot!

Great little spot to stay. Owner/manager was very helpful the whole time. Walkable distance or a quick drive to the pier and many other things to do.

April 2023 Visit

The property is located in a beautiful area...close to everything that St Pete has to offer. The property is simple, but it meets all of a person's needs. I will return.

Not "Chic" At All

It was terrible. The numbers on the building are barely visible, so it was difficult to locate. The key was in a rusty lockbox, and the door opens out instead of into the room. There's a carport outside the window, and someone was working on their car with noisy tools. Inside the room, everything was dusty, the linen was old, ripped and stained, and the bathroom was in need of repair. We were not comfortable with in the lack of maintenance of this unit.
