Start your mornings off right by taking a walk to Cafe Selmarie for a delicious breakfast, one of our favorites! Getting to Wrigleyville or downtown will be a breeze with easy access to the Brown line. Professionally designed with stylish decor, comfortable bedding, and smart TV with Netflix will make you feel right at home.
We do not have a designated parking space. There is free street parking on Eastwood Ave on a first come first serve basis. That said, please take care to read any signs indicating no parking or tow zones to avoid any issues. Parking availability can fluctuate depending on the time of day, and if you arrive later in the evening, there’s a chance that spots might be harder to find.
In case you run into this situation, we suggest using the SpotHero app or ParkWhiz to easily locate an affordable and convenience parking spot nearby.
During your stay at our apartment you will have full and private access to the entire apartment located on the 1st floor (Apt 1 East). You will have access to the laundry room located in the basement. You will not have access to other common areas of the apartment building. Due to previous guests not following instructions we have restricted access to the back patio. You can only use the back door as an exit or entrance. You may not loiter on the back patio. None of the chairs or other items on the patio are ours so you would be disrupting our neighbors and using their property without permission. No smoking in the unit also applies to the back patio as well. Check-in any time after 3 pm and as late as 11 pm, check-out at or before 11 am.
Guest Access: You’ll have access the the entire unit during your stay.
**HOUSE RULES**
We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! To help keep the space safe, clean, and pleasant for everyone, please review and follow the house rules below. Failure to comply may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Shoes off, please. Kindly remove shoes upon entering the unit.
No smoking anywhere inside the unit or on the property. Smoking will result in immediate cancellation and a $200 damage fee.
No drugs, including marijuana.
No illegal activities anywhere on the property.
No parties or events.
No outside visitors.
No overnight guests without prior approval from the host.
Food storage: Please store all food in designated areas and do not leave food out to help prevent pests.
Kitchen use: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe counters, stove, and microwave. No dirty dishes left in the sink overnight.
Damages: If anything is broken or damaged, please let us know right away so we can arrange repair or replacement.
Checkout cleaning: Please wash dishes, return moved furniture to its original place, and take out the trash before checkout. The standard cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning. If the unit is left excessively dirty (dirty dishes, trash left throughout the unit, etc.), an additional cleaning fee of up to $100 may apply.
Towels & linens: Provided for your entire stay. If you need extras, please let us know in advance. A $50 fee applies to cover the cleaner’s trip. Paid laundry facilities are available in the building.
Lost keys: A $300 fee applies for lock and key replacement. Please note that lost keys cannot be replaced immediately, and you may temporarily lose access to the unit and building amenities.
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return the keys to the lockbox upon checkout by placing them inside, making sure the lockbox is securely closed and locked, and scrambling the code afterward to keep everything safe and secure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking and strictly no pets.
Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Late checkout without prior approval will incur a $50 fee, which covers the cleaner’s waiting time.
The standard cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning. If the unit is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of up to $100 may apply.

The location was convenient for us to get to our sons. Unit was clean and we loved the collection of coffees available.
The clanging at night, I assume from the radiator, was annoying. Also, very chilly Friday morning, would have liked to be able to turn up the heat since it was in the 20’s outside.
Overall, comfortable unit.
We had trouble checking-in because the email that was supposed to have photos of the process had no photos. We did get a quick response from a manager and managed to get in.
The apartment was not very clean. There were cobwebs, small spiders and dirty floors. The overhead bedroom light was out and there were no light bulbs. The shower curtain was moldy and the window sill in the shower was rotten. We also had to clean the toilet before it could be used.
It really would not take much to make this appear as it was represented in the online photo.
We will not stay here again.

I think this is a little unfair for the following reasons. The check-in instructions were emailed to you as they automatically get emailed. I don’t know why you weren’t able to view them however, when you did arrive to the property I sent you the check in instructions through picture right away on the message thread and also gave you a call.
As far as the cleanliness, I’m very disappointed to hear and also surprised that this is the first time I’m hearing it. I do receive pictures from my cleaning crew after every cleaning as well as some close-up shots of higher traffic areas. If there was something that we missed I would have been more than happy to send the cleaning crew again or figure out a way to where I can Satisfy you. You did not reach out to let me know that there was any issue during your stay. If you had I would have sent the cleaning crew within the hour to touch up any areas you felt were overlooked.
I apologize for this unfortunate experience but I would recommend to be more communicative with your future host. We are here to help.
