Great Villa in peaceful area

Clean, comfortable and well equipped villa with stunning views located in a quiet area. A terrace for every wind direction. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who likes peaceful surroundings.

A beautiful, homely villa

A homely, comfortable, clean, spacious and relaxing place to stay. Spoilt for choice with the beautiful terraces. It was well equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay.

Great house.

Great property in a great location with all you need to relax and to explore the island. No hesitation to recommend it. I will definitely go back if in Tenerife again.

Great and tranquil vacation house

Perfect house for family or friends in a tranquil residential area on the touristic Tenerife. Ideal location from where you can visit all the top attractions this island has to offer. Although you need a car for everything, all is so close by. We especially enjoyed the double terrace, swimming pool (brand new!) and sea views. Would definitely recommend staying here with good value for money.

Wonderful house with amazing view

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean home very much. The house is nicely furnished, good equipped and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The terrace with seaview is absolutely amazing and perfect for relaxing. We would love to come back again.

Excellent owner

The house fit perfectly with the photos provided by the owner. Very cosy, clean and everything was there to host us. The owner is still available if you need anything in a short time. We will certainly come again very soon, maybe with a pool added to the villa ! :)

Fantastic Villa with Fabulous Views

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful villa - the pictures on the site do not do this property justice. The villa is in a quiet hillside location set within its own gardens in a gated compound that provided both security and privacy. The villa was not over looked on any side and provided wonderful views of the ocean from the terraces. Perfect for a get away from it all holiday but also ideally located for getting around the island - 10 Mins from Santa Cruz and only 30 mins from Los Christianos and Puerta de la Cruz so you can do all the sights/parks easily. A car is required as there are no bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity but they can be found five minute drive away. The villa is very spacious and has two terraced areas where you can catch the sun all day. It is also very comfortable and has everything you need and is like a home from home. The washing machine was used daily and the dishwasher was a godsend as 5 people make a lot of washing up! Good internet kept the kids (3 teenagers) quiet and 4 bedrooms so everyone had their own room which was ideal for a party of 5 - the two main bedrooms are very comfortable and I wish I could have brought the mattress back with me. The owner was extremely helpful with arrangements for arrival/departure and there was a bottle of wine and bowl of fruit waiting for us when we arrived which was a nice touch. The only issues we had were the draining from the inside showers was a bit slow so you have to turn them off whilst washing to avoid them overflowing - the outside shower was amazing though and we used that one the most. The aircon was only in the master bedroom and not working, however the ceiling fans kept the villa cool enough so not really an issue. All in all we had a great time at the villa and managed to use it as a base to visit the whole of island although most days I just wanted to stay in the Villa as it was so nice. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Wirklich sehr schön!Wir waren im September 26 mit drei Erwachsenen für drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus und vermissen es schon jetzt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Terrassen sind riesengroß (Liegen mit Auflagen, Sonnenschirme und Sitzgelegenheiten) und man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick auf das Meer, die Außendusche auf der einen Terrasse war herrlich, der Gasgrill war klasse, die Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern sind leise und effektiv, der kleine Fitnessraum wurde auch gerne genutzt, der große Pool (3,5 x 9 m) mit der elektrisch betriebenen Abdeckung ist ein Traum. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern und dem Verwalter war nett und unkompliziert. Alle Schlafzimmer sind gut abzudunkeln und im Wohnzimmer und im Masterschlafzimmer gibt es elektrische Außenrollos. Wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa fliegen dann auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Haus.

Wir haben fast drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen und mega ausgestatteten Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Terrassen sind ein Traum und dazu der tolle Blick aufs Meer, den man jederzeit genießen konnte. Es fehlt nichts, ob es der Fitnessraum ist, den man nutzen kann, aber auch der wirklich große Pool, der schon vor dem Frühstück den richtigen Start in den Tag bringt...Wer sich hier nicht pudelwohl fühlt, dem ist nicht zu helfen, denn das kann nicht sein! Die gesamte großzügige Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist super und vor Ort hilft Dirk bei kleineren Problemchen weiter. Wir sind wenn es möglich ist jedes Jahr einmal dort. Für uns gibt es nichts besseres. Mittlerweile wechsel wir uns mit meinen Sohn ab ,der jetzt auch sehr gerne das Haus bucht.

Wir waren nach 2024 jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort und sind wieder restlos begeistert. Alles war einfach perfekt und wir konnten den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den Kontakt sowohl mit den Vermietern als auch mit dem Verwalter vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist immer sehr nett, unkompliziert und locker...einfach angenehm.Das war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal für uns, spätestens in 2 Jahren kommen wir wieder.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles war sehr sauber, modern und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Küche und die liebevollen Details in der gesamten Wohnung haben uns begeistert.Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Komfort und eine angenehme Atmosphäre gelegt wird. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich von Wolfgang in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus in Empfang genommen und konnten den mehr als 4-wöchigen Aufenthalt in Ruhe und bei (überwiegend) sehr gutem Wetter verbringen. Die Gegend ist ruhig, nur selten hört man schwach, jedoch keinesfalls störend und eher als Rauschen die Autobahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in gut erreichbarer Nähe und für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge in ebenem Gelände mit genügend Restaurants zum Einkehren empfiehlt sich das sehr schöne Örtchen Puertito de Güímar direkt am Meer.Thorsten, einer der Inhaber, hat sich sogar telefonisch nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt - außergewöhnlich und sehr erfreulich :-))

Wir waren als Familien für 12 Nächte in dem Haus. Das Haus ist einfach zu finden und liegt in einer Villen Gegend. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist schon steil aber nach etwas Übung haben wir es super hingekriegt. Einfach mit Schwung in die Garage. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und sieht in echt auch so aus. Der Pool ist größer als man denkt und ca 1,50 tief. Um den Haus herum liegt ein Garten mit schönen Pflanzen. Es gibt 2 Terrasse mit ausreichend Liege und Sitz Plätzen, die Sonne ist immer auf einer. Die Gegend ist eigentlich ruhig, Nachbarn hört man nicht doll. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war das Hunde den ganzen Tag irgendwo bellen. Vorallem Abend hört man sehr viele und manchmal Nachts. Aber als Ausgleich kann man sehr gut Mittagsschlaf am Pool machen. Als Strand würden wir La Nea empfehlen, mit schwarzem feinen Sand und sehr ruhig da meistens einheimischen da sind. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt . Würden auch gerne wieder kommen aber das Haus ist so weit im voraus schon ausgebucht. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter das sie ihr Haus zu Verfügung stellen

So wie immer sehr gut.Bei uns ist die Straße neu geteerten worden und dadurch ist auch die Einfahrt aufs Grundstück besser geworden. Wenn alles klappt, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Großartiger Ausblick auf das Meer

Wir waren 14 Nächte Gäste im Haus von Stephan und Thorsten. Nach Abholung des Mietwagens konnten wir ohne Probleme die Adresse finden. Das Einfahrtstor war bereits für uns geöffnet, Wolfgang und seine Frau begrüßten uns recht herzlich und zeigten uns alles. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, es warteten zwei Terrassen mit Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten auf uns. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und bei klarer Sicht auf das gegenüberliegende Gean Canaria sind schon grandios. Nach ausgedehnten Wandertouren haben wir uns immer wieder darauf gefreut, ins Haus zurückzukommen und auf den Terrassen und im Pool entspannen zu können. Die Ausstattung ist recht umfangreich, es fehlte an nichts.Schade, dass wir den Schlüssel nach 14 Tagen Wolfgang und seiner Frau wieder übergeben mussten, da wir uns sehr wohl darin fühlten, aber irgendwann ist auch der schönste Urlaub vorbei.
