Vacation in style at this three-story townhouse on the ocean block in midtown Ocean City. Custom finishes including Corian kitchen countertops, hardwood floors, a primary bedroom with a private balcony and en suite bathroom, and an enclosed, two-car garage for your convenience.

As of 2026, the condo features several updates, including new LVP flooring, new balcony furniture, and fresh paint throughout the home. The kitchen has also been enhanced with a new oven and has been fully restocked for guest convenience.

Here in midtown Ocean City, not only will you have excellent walking access to the beach down the street, you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of nightlife, the convention center, and every convenience you could want or need.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Family trip

Very nice trip. Few inconveniences that did not cause us problems. The rug in basement bedroom was stained very dirty. No linnes provided for trundle bed and sleeper sofa. And the sleeper sofa and trundle beds were very uncomfortable. They were really unusable. But overall a very nice place. Plenty of room for all of us.

A decent getaway

Great location and property was better than average, however, this unit is long overdue for regular maintenance. We ended up replacing light bulbs and such, and found other non functional items.

The fact that this property is advertised as “newly renovated” is a joke. There were dents in the drywall, the carpet was so old it had ridges in it, the inside couches were broken down and uncomfortable, and the deck furniture was either old and run down, or in other cases had broken legs so the chairs were unusable. In addition to the poor quality of the home, there was black mold in the skyline of the guest bathroom, and other cosmetic damage to the property that certainly should be repaired before it should ever be deemed “newly renovated”. We also found only 1 tv remote in the living area with batteries in it. For the money we spent to rent the place, the only value we received was the location. However, the location does not justify the price.

Awful Experience

Do not rent this property! It is not as described when it comes to beds. The property is not clean. Negatives: 1-property not cleaned 2-broken closet door 3-lightbulbs not working (bedroom & bathroom) 4-no lock on owners closet 5-dishwasher full of dirty dishes 6-broken deck furniture 7-pots/pans & cooking utensils are partially broken, some have rust 8-ants 9-trash under beds (discovered after cleaning crew was gone) 10-amount of beds not what is pictured or described on VRBO 11-shower door needs fixed 12-toaster broke 13- dirty, dingy furniture Positives: 1- good Wi-Fi 2- location to the beach Communication with Vacasa was initially good, however, when we asked for maintenance, we were continually told the local team would send someone. They did…on day 3. Ants were dealt with, lightbulb fixed in bathroom, but the shower door and closet door were not able to be fixed. This property is not worth your money.

Do not Rent

The only pro of the property was the location, beach block. There are so many things to list that were wrong with this property. If was not cleaned when we arrived. We called Vacasa, the property management company, who did have the cleaning company come. When we returned, it smelled clean and beds were made up, however, here’s what we discovered:Garbage under bedsDishes full of dirty dishesBroken closet doorLightbulbs not working in some roomsFilthy furniture & carpets Broken chair on porchFilthy pots/pans with wobbly handles Glass shower door not working properly Additionally the beds are not as described. One bedroom gas a twin over double bunk with a trundle bed. The photo shows a separate twin & the description says 2 twins & double.Dealing with Vacasa was awful. Every comment was we will tell the local team. A maintenance man came who was nice, brought ant traps, replaced a lightbulb, and looked at the shower door which he said my husband had fixed as good as he would have been able to do.My advice…do not rent this property and stay away from Vacasa managed properties.

This place is a DUMP. TERRIBLY run down. Not kept up

This place is run down & dirty. Needs tons of upkeep. Carpets & walls are dirty & worn out. Holes in the wall that have been patched but not painted. Multiple vertices blinds are missing in master bedroom. No privacy or way to block sunlight. Had to hang a sheet for privacy. Floor vents that were broken & loose. An accident waiting to happen for children. Hand railings coming off the walls. Place has not been updated in years. Walls are all banged up. Carpets were disgusting. Pictures are very deceiving. DO NOT STAY HERE! Waiting for someone from VACASA to call or reply to me about a refund. Not even worth close to what we paid for the place for the week.

Great place that needs a little attention.

Location and layout was very pleasing. Even had a garage for off street parking. On the downside, carpet was well worn and appeared dirty. Vertical blinds in the master bedroom was missing several slats. Made sleeping late or any privacy a bit difficult. Ceiling fan in bunkbed room was wobbly and rattled when ran. I would rent again, but would hope these things were addressed 1st.

Nice place, but did not meet expectations

The place had a lot of potential, the location, the kitchen and amenities were nice. But unfortunately, it was not kept up with or clean. There was several spackle spots, pictures not hung (leaning on toilet), floors and showers were visibly dirty, two sets of sheets had stains on the pillows, all of the carpets had stains on them, bikes were chained in garage where you couldn’t move them to back in, no batteries in remotes, and light bulbs were out in two bedrooms. For the amount we spent, this was not acceptable.

Poor communication with rental company!

We had no hot water for 4 days, Vacasa rental would not respond promptly, the house was poorly equipped with any cooking materials. The owners left all there belongings in the garage all over the floor. We had the straight things up. Would never rent this place again. The house is beat up and not taken care of, truly embarrassing!!!!!!
