This condo offers a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare everything that comes to mind and central air conditioning throughout to keep you all nice and comfortable during your stay. Extra amenities include a private washer/dryer and dishwasher, and an outdoor shower.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ocean Hideaway 109 is Wonderful but the door IS NOT SECURE!!!

Great rooms and bathrooms..loved the Laundryroom, full modern kitchen, ocean view and comfortable living.

Perfect!

I stayed with a couple adult friends for the week and the place was perfect! The patio was our favorite spot! Right on the boardwalk and close to everything, but not super loud and still had a sense of privacy. Absolutely loved it!

A Perfect Week at the Ocean

The property is beautifully furnished, and all the appliances were in perfect working order, and some seemed to be new. We were familiar with Ocean Hideaway because we have stayed there for over twenty years. The condo we used to stay in was sold and no longer rents and we were so happy to find another just as nice.

condo is great, clean, everything works well. A/C is really loud.

The condo met our needs and we had a nice vacation. Location is prime and no major complaints at all. Two minor issues - A/C unit is really loud and property manager, Vacasa, is a huge company and not the most customer oriented. But, overall vacation was great and condo is recommended!
