Summer months the condo is ONLY available Weekly - Friday thru Friday or Monday thru Monday
Mini weeks - 3 nights, Friday thru Monday or 4 nights, Monday thru Friday.

You'll love vacationing in this three bedroom, three bath oceanfront luxury condominium. Relax on the balcony with the beautiful view and the sound of ocean waves. Access balcony from family room and master bedroom suite. The condo has all the amenities of home and is beautifully decorator furnished. All rooms have flat screen TV's and sound system.

The unit is on the 7th floor and has two reserved parking spaces.

Situated in a perfect location on the boardwalk/oceanfront and right in Downtown Ocean City.

Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing Linen Service

We love ocean city. I am giving this a 5 star because of the room, location, view and comfort of the room. However we was disappointed because we booked this room because of the fireplace and unfortunately it was not working due to maintenance. That should have been made known to us. Also the building code they gave us would not work so we had to walk through the parking garage.

We go to OC every year for NYE and have stayed at various places. This was one of our favorites. We wanted to book again for next year, but found that the price was twice as much as what we paid for this year. If the price comes down, we will probably re-book.

Loved the cleanliness and layout of this condo. The balcony was right above the boardwalk where we could people watch, listen to people singing and playing music, and watch the awesome sunsets and rises over the ocean. The parking garage wasn't too far and access to the boardwalk was right around either corner from the back of the building. Loved that Fisher popcorn was at the front corner of the building, and the arcades were close.The host provided good instructions and was very timely answering any questions.
