This condo overlooks the beach, boardwalk and ocean. Features include a washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, and two 32-inch HD TVs. While this home does not have central air-conditioning, it is equipped with split-system air-conditioning. You have access to the shared indoor pool.

Things to Know
The indoor pool is open seasonally from May through September.
This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Had a winter weekend here and it was great. Condo is a little dated but very comfortable. The condo was winterized when we arrived but guest services had it fixed for us before we could even unpack the car. Great job

Place is a bit outdated but it’s comfy and close to the beach access . Balcony was great for watching the Summer Car Cruise parade. I would gladly come back again. There are a few minor things that could be updated but all in all, it’s a very , nice , comfy vacation place.

Review of building

My only issue was the steps to get into the building. I had a hard time walking up them and carrying all my luggage up the stairs to the elevator. Also I would prefer an outdoor pool as well but that wasn’t advertised.

This room is run down and needs some upkeep..two of the chairs was broken. The sliding glass door was supper hard to open and at one point it came off and would not shut. The TV remote was broken and had to push supper hard to get it to work.and the shower could use a up grade ....but one the nice side I texted about the door and it was fix pretty fast and the place was cleaned very well.had a lot of towels to go around.

The good news is that the view is awesome and we like this building and have stayed here before . Another great point is the fold outCouch is pretty comfortable especially for a couch. The not as great part is a few stains on the old rug andOlder kitchen and bathroom appliances. But we had a great time

Amazing views of the ocean. Right on the boardwalk but far enough up that it wasn’t noisy. Had all needed amenities. So many great places right there to eat. Hurricane Ian made things pretty windy so we stayed close- Brass Balla, brothers pizza and Davincis Italian. Convenience store right below which was great when we forgot a toothbrush and wanted a soda. The condo has a bit of wear and tear and some staining on surface areas but not dirty. Issues with someone else parking in the parking pass spot that was designated to us, but that’s not anything wrong on the company/owners. Would definitely stay again!

Outdated but great location

Beautiful balcony location right on the beach. Very comfortable and great location. It could use some updating for sure, you are buying the location. That being said, it has everything you need. The checkin process would have been super easy. Great commication, sends text info and emails with instructions. Door code has access without keys.... HOWEVER I called to speak to an operator they advised I had to get the parking pass at their office - 2 miles which you know is 30 minutes out of your way. Why? Everything was done online and doorlock code. Anyway, I arrive there it's closed at 5pm (no the operator didn't tell me that). There were other people grabbing packages from a locked cabinet on the porch. I showed them my emails and text messages - I didn't have a code for the cabinet. Thankfully they trusted me and I gave them my name, they pulled the envelope that had nothing but the parking pass. What a huge inconvenience, we stay at alot of private rentals and have never had to waste hrs calling, driving and convincing strangers that I am a legitimate renter to get a pass. That should be inside the property. Again, everything else was great just not a great way to start. Plan on having to check in at the office.
