The apartment has a parking space on the property. The beach promenade is about 300m away. is about 8-10 minute walk to the town center and the famous Ahlbeck pier. The access by car is via the Ferdinand-Egelinski Street.

By 1900, built villa in a seaside style in the heart of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The Villa Margarete is located in a quiet yet beach-front location in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The fine Baltic Sea beach is approximately 300m. Shops and restaurants are also easily reached within walking distance. All apartments feature a free parking space at the house. The Villa Margarete is slightly higher in the mountain road, which is a beautiful view from the results continue building.
