The Forest Glade House

Come enjoy one of Rolling River Holidays custom-built homes with brand new STARLINK internet! Whether you are an adventurous explorer, working remote or prefer to just stay cozy and comfortable at home, this house will fit your needs. There are three ensuite bedrooms, each with a king bed, deck access, and window seats to sit and enjoy to views. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with two twin beds and another full bathroom. There is also private river access 0.5 miles down the road.

It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind while surrounded by nature. If you are an adventurous explorer or prefer to stay cozy and comfortable at home, this house will fit your needs either way. Downstairs in the basement there is an additional bedroom with two twin beds and another full bathroom.

Speaking of the basement, it might be one of the most fun spots in the house. It is home to a bar, a ping pong table, media center, and game table, a comfy window seat, and huge sliders that lead directly into the back yard.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and has gorgeous soapstone counter tops. You can expect to find a kitchen aid, blender, a full set of pots and pans, multiple options for how you want to make your morning brew, plenty of utensils for cooking and more!

Moving outdoors, you will find a spacious deck outside the living room with a gas fire pit that can also be accessed through one of the main floor bedrooms. The other main floor bedroom has a private deck with it's own gas fireplace. Additionally the upstairs master bedroom has it's own private deck too.

The house is located on a private road off of a private road so it is very quiet and there is plenty of space for walking. There is also private access to the Shenandoah river right down the road from the house for those who enjoy the water.
