Positive: The apartment had everything n

Positive : Positive: The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was excellent and very well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was new and great, washing machine included. Everything was thoughtfully organized, and there was all the necessary equipment for daily living. The location was also convenient: about a 13–15 minute walk to the metro station. There is an Auchan supermarket nearby, as well as other useful shops and services. Many thanks to the host for providing a fan during our stay, we would die without it with that heat🙈 Negative : Negative: The apartment is located on the ground floor, and the windows face directly onto the sidewalk. There are no bars or other barriers on the windows. During our stay there was a heatwave, and we wanted to sleep with the windows open, but this felt uncomfortable because pedestrians were literally only an arm’s length away. The windows do not have a tilt option and can only be opened fully, which made privacy and security concerns even more noticeable. The second major issue was the very poor sound insulation. The apartment is located right next to the building’s entrance door, and every door slam can be heard clearly. Early in the morning, the noise from garbage collection and rolling bins was extremely loud. We could hear almost every step and conversation of people entering and leaving the building. At times, it felt like living in a hallway rather than in a private apartment. Finally, the apartment is not well suited for hot weather. Although the fan provided by the host was appreciated, the apartment became very stuffy during warm days and nights, making it difficult to get fresh air and sleep comfortably, but it was our bad luck to face that kind of a heat in Paris

A renouveler

Super séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé et très bien placé (à proximité du métro, de supérettes, de restaurants, d'une zone commerciale). Tout a été très bien pensé dans le logement, l'ameublement, les équipements et petit plus pour la literie qui est super confortable. Une réactivité et de sympathiques échanges avec les propriétaires. Un grand merci.
