About this home:
This waterfront cottage is on a private estate immediately adjacent to 300 plus acres of the newly created Great Neck Wildlife Sanctuary with walking trails and wildlife galore.

The cottage (and the large lawn in front) are situated on a bluff featuring spectacular views looking south across the expanse of Buzzards Bay toward the Elizabeth Islands. The ocean waters here are warm and provide wonderful swimming opportunities for all. To the east is the entrance to the Cape Cod Canal with its interesting array of ship traffic while to the west, beautiful summer sunsets appear over Marion. The property includes its own private beach protected by a breakwater that is home to a variety of fish just waiting to be caught.

A Perfect remote beachfront location; yet only minutes to route 28 with shopping , restaurants and a water park!

Please note that there is another home adjacent to this one on the 30 acre estate - 207A Great neck which is separately rented out and may be occupied.

Relaxing Retreat

We had a fabulous week. The house was perfect and the beach setting was relaxing and rejuvenating. The house was well-equipped, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Communication with the host was timely, efficient, and accomodading. The private beach and spacious yard was perfect for privacy, viewing sunsets, and enjoying the summertime ocean breezes.
