The property is centrally located in the City of Holmes Beach. Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

Great place, great location

We were steps away from the ocean. This is the perfect location for a reasonable price. We were so happy they had a cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use each day.

Nice pool and close to beach

We had a nice stay at AMI. The condo was a one minute walk to the beach. The pool was out our back door. The furnishings were not the best or most comfortable but we managed. One of the beds was like sleeping on a hammock. We called and they came over that afternoon. Unfortunately they could not fix it. They said they contacted the owner but we never heard anything after that.

Our family stay at AMI

The outside property is beautiful. We had 6 people and it listed it slept 6. Honestly too tight for 6. 2 people in our party found another place to stay. Overall it was clean and pleasant. I do prefer working directly with an owner instead of an agency. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa so I called and got an answering service. I called during business hours to see if we could check in 30 minutes early. I was told no, which was fine but they didn't even ask my name or which unit I was staying in. I do like a more personal service but that's just me.

Very close to the beach. 30 second walk from door to on the beach. Kind of far from anywhere walkable to eat but the shuttle bus is free and runs frequently. You can rent a car and there is available parking space for you at this property. Coin or card operated laundry available on property. Small pool but deep as 8.6 feet in deep end. Wifi worked well, already had dishes, cookware, coffee maker regular and keurig. No oven mitts though if you use the oven would be my only minor complaint.

Wonderful location!

Coconuts 116 met all of our needs! Amazing location, super easy walk to beach, even easier and shorter than described, super comfy beds in the bedroom and from a neck and back pain sufferer this means so much to me! Somehow the key broke off it’s ring and we didn’t notice until we pulled out key chain and it was gone. Manager was there within 10 min to give us a new key because car keys were locked in condo. Very quiet condo but pool was often very busy, too busy to enjoy. However, despite staying there during the busiest week of the year, the beach was never crowded out from the condo! Went to Siesta Key Beach for a day during our trip and it was super crowded! Only complaint is no washer and dryer in unit or on property. Despite offering a ton of towels, we still had to go to laundry mat a few miles away towards end of trip because we just went thru them and there was soooo much sand. Nice nonstick cookware, as well. Anna Maria Island is magical.

Vacation for two :)

Our stay was wonderful, the place was nice, clean, the beds were so comfy and it was a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future. Thanks for a great stay! We enjoyed it very much!

Location is great. Condo was fairly nice. Laundry was missing. Very minimal "supplies". Only 1 hotel size bar of soap, 1 garbage bag, no food products like salt/pepper, etc. Thermostat was to be set 76-80!

Great beach location!

Condo was the perfect location to restaurants, grocery store and free trolly. The beach access was amazing and enjoyed the pool after our day at the beach! Condo was nicely furnished. Sure wished it had a washer & dryer.
