About this property

New HOT TUB w a view, Private Wilderness Oasis, Riverfront, Rainier View, AC

Disconnect in the middle of the wilderness, in the heart of Packwood! Listen to the rushing river just in front of the house, watch the Elk roam while you sit on the deck and soak in the new hot tub, and have one of the best views of Mt. Rainier! This is a one of a kind property tucked away on its own with private river access. Our home is extremely cozy and decorated in a rustic glam style incorporating natural elements so that here you can truly be at one with nature!

The space
Our Packwood Paradise is truly a unique stay as it is one of the more remote and private neighborhoods yet close to downtown. The house itself is clean, comfortable and will give you the cozy and rustic cabin experience you want on your peaceful getaway.

Thoughtful touches will make you feel right at home and we can almost guarantee you’ll never want to leave this tranquil escape!

**Please note we have a strict no party rule and have exterior cameras for safety and to monitor number of guests on the property*

There are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.

Two bedrooms have large, comfy Queen beds and a third bedroom has a twin over full sized bunk bed. Each room has plenty of closet and/or dresser space to unpack and get comfortable during your stay.

We have a wood burning fireplace for those nights you want to get extra cozy, please contact me for questions on how to operate.

Our kitchen is spacious and clean with all you need for cooking and eating in. We have a 10 cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig for your morning perk! We highly recommend drinking your morning cups out on our back porch as you soak up the serenity, listen to the river and watch for Elk. There’s nothing better! We also have outdoor dining and lounge furniture and a bbq to make the most of your time outside, it’s truly a little paradise that you’ll want to soak up.

**We are excited to share that we recently added a hot tub to our property on a new deck overlooking the mountains and river. Soak in all that nature from the relaxing comfort of the hot tub!

We have a swinging egg chair situated perfectly on the property for a awe-inspiring view of Mt. Rainier. Just please note this chair is not suitable for people over 250 pounds as it can get a little wobbly.

Packwood Paradise is situated at the base of so much adventure, hikes in Mt. Rainier National Park, skiing or tubing in White Pass Ski Resort, and we have hundreds of trails for hiking, bike riding, dirt bikes, etc in the Gifford National Forest. Mt. St. Helens is only about a 45 minute drive with tons to explore including the lava caves! Also, the beautiful Packwood lake is just 15 minutes away from our home.

Other things to note
Our property is monitored by exterior cameras for safety of guests. There is a ring doorbell at the front door entrance and one other camera that monitors the driveway to our property. These cameras in no way infringe on guest privacy and are used for security purposes as well as to ensure proper guest adherence to occupancy/not pets.

Stunning
This property was absolutely gorgeous. The mountain views were breathtaking, and all from the front yard. Being right on the river, made for a peaceful and relaxing stay,

A nice getaway
The property was clean, well decorated, and easy to access. Management was responsive and able to address our questions as well as give us excellent directions to to place. We loved the hot tub and the privacy of the property. Everything was well laid out and any minor questions were answers but the little labels in the house. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get away from the city or have easy access to hiking. The only issues we had were technical with the wifi being intermittent but we chalked that up to the remoteness of the property. Overall it was a great time!
