Fantastic 3 Bedroom, 4 bath Cabin on Donner Lake. This is your Ski / Snow Cabin! We are remodeling this lake front jewel once the snow melts! But for now, you're winter chalet awaits! Master Bedroom upstairs has King Bed and also a separate floor area for small children to sleep(and full bath). 2nd bedroom 2 xlong twin beds with full bath. Downstairs area has Queen bed, and couch and chair sitting area near Fireplace. Full bath in this area and another full bath at entrance. Living room is Spacious with Beautiful views of the Lake. Outdoor Deck. Great Kitchen and LARGE Dining table with 2 leafs. Garage parking for one car along with Driveway parking for at least 4 cars. 10 minutes to Sugar Bowl, 5 minutes to Safeway and 10 minutes to Downtown Truckee... Take advantage of our little Jewel prior to construction!!!!

The VanBeek's have been renting a house on Donner Lake for 15 years. We love it so much we moved here. This house will be our permanent home in a year.
Why they chose this property
We bought this house to remodel and be our home. We have furnished it simply for guests and friends for this winter while we pull permits - construction starts in June
