PLEASE NOTE: This property has an unfenced pool in the backyard. Not suitable for small children. There is an alarm on the door which can not be disabled during your stay for safety.

The entire home will be yours including the fenced in backyard with a private swimming pool, BBQ, outdoor shuffle board table and patio area. This house is a spacious open concept, 4 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with essentials including coffee and tea to get you started. An office space if you need to work while traveling as well. The house has everything you need from bedding to towels, pots and pans/dishes, patio furniture, pool floaties and much more. We hope you enjoy unwinding in the backyard as much as we do.

This house has a ring camera at the front door and the house has a keyless entry. The entry code will be provided the morning of your arrival.

**Pool Heat is an additional $70 daily cost to cover natural gas expenses and must be paid prior to check-in. If you would like the pool heated during your stay please let us know at least 1 day before you arrive.

We try to maintain a very comfortable 80°-82° range. Even though the pool is heated automatically, on cold nights the pool can still drop in temperature sometimes into the 70° 's which some can consider cold.

Room descriptions:
Bed & Bath
This home sleeps up to eight guests between the four bedrooms.

The primary bedroom is appointed with a king bed and Tv with the en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity along with a larger tub/shower combo.

The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a smart TV. Bedrooms three has a queen and bedroom four is equipped with a full bed. The guest bath has a tub shower combo and the toilet. The vanity is separated by a door for convenience.

Kitchen & Dining:
Whip up delicious meals in a well-stocked kitchen.

The eat in nook has seating for 4 or 5, additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. We have also provided a high top table for 4 as well. You can also enjoy your meal outside at the table or the couch setting. Just remember no glass is allowed outside for safety

Outdoor area:
Enjoy the sunrise or sunset on the back patio next to or in the large pool. The pool baja step (18x8) is the perfect spot to sit and unwind from your day.

Extra perks of the cacti casa include complimentary wifi, washer/dryer.
Parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway(guest will not have access to the garage).

Unit specific terms:
-No pets/animals of any kind are welcome in this home.
-The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
-All guests shall abide by the cacti casa good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
-No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on or in the premises. This includes vaping, e-cigarettes, CBD, bongs, and marijuana (legal or not).
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
-Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
-$3000 incident charge for police being called to residence for neighborhood disturbance.
