Here you will spend an unforgettable and relaxing holiday in Zingst. The semi-detached house, which was completed in 2013, is of very high quality and modernly equipped and offers a lot of refreshing ambience without sacrificing all-round comfort. The house has a terrace with an adjoining garden, which invites you to eat and relax outdoors in the summer months. In the 1st Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds (2.00 x 1.80 m). Another bedroom with 2 single beds is on the 2nd Floor available. Both bedrooms have a secretary so that there is the possibility to withdraw to work even while on vacation. The house is equipped with 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. The sauna on the ground floor offers a wellness feeling. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers thanks to the PVC-free laminate flooring. The house has a garden shed for bicycles and an in-house handcart. Children's travel bed incl. Mattress, pillow, duvet and high chair are available free of charge if required. Washer and dryer can be used for a fee. Wood for the stove is provided free of charge.
A shed for storing bicycles and 2 parking spaces are available.
In the house there is a filter coffee machine and a Tassimo coffee machine, for which pads are used.
