Every room opens onto sweeping forest views, creating a seamless blend of indoor comfort and outdoor wonder.

Multiple living rooms span three levels, each equipped with a 65‑inch smart TV. A cozy indoor gas fireplace anchors the main floor sitting room. An office nook provides a quiet workspace, while a screened porch and sunroom invite you to read or simply watch the forest sway. Central air, heat, and two mini‑splits keep the temperature just right year‑round.



Outdoor living

A covered pavilion with an oversized wood‑burning fireplace is currently under renovation and not available for use. The patio remains fully functional, featuring super‑comfy couches, captain’s chairs, and a 16‑person dining table. A separate fire‑pit sits nearby for s’mores. Two creeks merge into a private pond on the two‑acre grounds, offering opportunities for salamander spotting, birdwatching, and gentle exploration. A BBQ grill and additional outdoor seating complete the setting.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen includes every appliance and cooking utensil you could desire, a coffee bar stocked with Starbucks drip coffee, a mixology bar, and kid‑friendly plates and cups. A breakfast bar seats three, while a formal dining room inside seats eight. Outdoor dining accommodates sixteen guests around the pavilion table.



Neighborhood

Just a two‑minute drive to Blue Bike Café for a spectacular breakfast, and two minutes to Main Street’s finest restaurants, boutique shops, and wedding venues such as Old Edwards, The Farm, and The Hutchinson House. The location offers easy access to local attractions while preserving a secluded mountain retreat feel.



Pet policy

Dogs under 20 lb are welcome with written approval and a $250 fee per pet (maximum two). Service animals are exempt from this fee. Cats are not permitted under any circumstances.



Guest guidelines

- Keep all food locked inside the home and use bear‑proof trash cans; unsecured bins can result in a $1,000 fine.

- No smoking or vaping indoors or near open windows.

- Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM; no parties with outside guests.

- Maximum occupancy is eight guests; no more than ten cars may be on the property at once.

- The outdoor fireplace is currently unavailable.
