Amazing views, beautiful outdoor spaces, and a great walkable location close to the ferry and restaurants! This house had everything we could want and then some. It was the perfect spot for our multigenerational group. Communication was great, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We took advantage of the opportunity to rent the jeeps, and it was a real bonus. Highly recommend.
Best location in Vieques! 4 min walk to the port, restaurants and markets a block away. This place was a dream! We took our wedding guests for a 2 day getaway and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The photos can’t even capture the beauty of this place! 20/10
“Family compound” is the perfect description of this place—ideal for a large group or multiple families. Our group of 14 (5 adults, 3 high school boys, 5 college-age girls) had plenty of room to spread out, and the layout balanced privacy with easy time together. Rooms and suites connect via outdoor spaces, and having a bathroom for every room was a huge plus. The main indoor area features a large kitchen and family room, plus two bedrooms (one queen, one with two twins), a full bath, and a half bath. An outdoor sitting area leads to another suite; downstairs are the pool and a large gathering space with two more queen suites; a few stairs down are two adjoining queen suites. One bathroom was "open air", which got a little dirty from plants/bugs. The rooftop lounge was spacious with an incredible view. The location is fantastic—walkable to/from the ferry terminal, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, car/golf cart rentals, and shops, with other attractions (bio bay, other beaches) a quick drive away. The property truly sits on the oceanfront, so you will hear the waves lapping (and sometimes pounding)! The coquí frogs’ nighttime chirps were a memorable touch. You'll hear morning roosters, but that's island life! Parking was easy for cars/jeeps/golf carts. The owner and property manager were responsive and shared helpful island tips. Highly recommended Vieques and this property!
This lovely, lovely villa has everything...beautiful views, a cool swimming pool, two jeeps, stores and cafes just blocks away and all the beach gear you might need. Wonderful!
Has everything you need! Extremely close to the ferry, lots of restaurant, and market nearby. Being able to rent Jeeps is also very convenient. Property was beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with coolers and beach gear. Easy to communicate with owner. Will definitely be back!
Perfect for large group. Plenty of space to sleep and entertain. Awesome pool and stunning view. Walkable from ferry and took advantage of jeep rental. Highly recommend!
We stayed there (8 friends) and it was the perfect house for a large group. It's almost like a little hotel where most rooms have their own entrance. Clean, safe, and one of the prettiest views ever from the pool. Hope to stay there again sometime.
The property is very conveniently located from the ferry as it’s about a 5 min walk. There are 2 supermarkets located within a 2 min walk. The house itself is awesome as it’s really 3 houses in 1! The pool is a savior on hot days and it’s located right on the ocean and you can snorkel right outside the door. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy.
Amazing indoor/outdoor space right on the water. Well appointed and welcoming. Short drive to all beaches. Short walk to ferry, but need to rent vehicles from this location. Well worth it.
The villa is jaw-dropping. Multilevel and teaming with comfortable bedrooms, on the waters edge with the sound of waves breaking on the shore as the sun sets over the distant mountains of Puerto Rico! We found the place clean and well stocked. Communication was exceptional and response time very quick! We were so appreciative of being able rent the property's jeep (an essential for travel and one of the nicest on the island) Will be staying here again as it is so conveniently located and really an exceptional property-which we highly recommend!!

While other guests may have had better experiences, our particular stay was significantly impacted. That said, the views were truly outstanding-the highlight of the property. Upon arrival, the house had not been properly cleaned. The property manager acknowledged this and asked us to wait while it was addressed. While some items were handled, it became clear that the cleaning was rushed and incomplete. By the second day, the pool had turned green and murky and was unusable. We later learned the pump/filtration system had been left off during treatment. Although chemicals were added after we raised the issue, it never fully cleared and we didn't feel comfortable using it.The outdoor terraces were largely unusable. Chair cushions were saturated, and heavily affected by mildew, and there were extensive cobwebs on furniture and light fixtures. There were power outages in two bedrooms, a non-working kitchen light, mildew in bathroom fixtures, and an AC drain leak that soaked a child's crib the first night. The local property manager was responsive, though not effective. Initial responses with the owner attributed the issues to logistics or conditions on Vieques, without timelines or solutions. After a detailed follow-up outlining the problems with pictures we no longer received responses from the owner. We understand the realities of maintaining a home on Vieques and tried to be flexible. With better upkeep this could be a wonderful property.
My group of 10 people had a brilliant vacation in Vieques. The house is perfectly situated in the main town and we walked to all the restaurants and breakfast spots and bars. And I personally loved falling asleep to the beautiful sound of the ocean crashing just under the house...magical. We rented the two jeeps (highly recommend) for trips to the leeward side of island and the town of Esperanza as well as three different spectacular beaches. We arrived during one of the worst rains they had had in a while which caused us some trouble with leaks through the ceiling in 3 of the rooms but Justin the property manager came over right away and while there wasn't anything to fix, he helped us McGuyver solutions until the leaks stopped. All the beds were really comfortable and the rooms' linens and towels were well appointed. I think my only suggestion would be to add something to the description about the rather quirky layout of the house with bedrooms being accessible only through outdoor areas, two of them having their own sitting areas and kitchenettes, one with the toilet and shower essentially in the room with the bed and finally, one bedroom only accessible through passing through another person's room. This left us with just a small common sitting area indoors but the outdoor spaces were wonderful, large and accommodating our our big group. The "cocktail" pool was just the right size for cooling off and hanging out. All in all, we loved the house and would come back!
