This property is amazing. We had 7 couples, plenty of space, private bathroom for each (plus two extra). The pool and outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and socializing. The grounds are clean, wonderful to walk around. Easily the best VRBO I’ve stayed at. Had a small hiccup with the hot water, but related to broken solar panels that were replaced while we were there. Charles was an amazing host, responsive and helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay at Casona Blanca. We were traveling as a group of 5 friends and the house was even better than expected! It is in a great location which is walkable to Esperanza and ocean views from the higher floors, is architecturally unique and so, so beautiful, the interiors are beautifully decorated and feature Puerto Rican and Cuban artwork. The host provided more kitchen implements and tools than I have in my own house! We were provided loads of beachy needs like lots of chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, icepacks, sand toys and swim fins/masks/etc. 10/10 would stay again!

Book this property and feel like you are at a private resort! We had 7 travelers for our trip in April of 2026 and we all had an amazing time! Charles was very communicative before and during the trip and everything ran smoothly.The main house has two bedrooms and there are three other suites that are poolside. If you have a member of your party that struggles with stairs, these suites provide a great alternative. Every bedroom has a private full bathroom and there are additional bathrooms on the third floor, the living room, and in the pool house. The AC worked well in all the rooms. It took a long time to get hot water to come out of the shower or sinks but it did eventually warm up. The kitchens (both inside and outside) were well stocked. We did some cooking in the kitchen and outside on the grill. We spent time in the outdoor bar area each evening and it was easy to hook up the televisions to our streaming services. Taking a dip in the pool after a long day at the beach was one of my favorite things about the house. Charles has stocked the house with everything you would need for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.Outdoor trash cans were emptied and the pool was cleaned each morning. Sadly, the house is already booked for the same week next year but we will definitely be back!!!

This is our favorite rental and we have stayed here between one and three times a year since 2021. The owner has thought of everything because he used to live onsite . The main house is where we always place people traveling with children and it has two suites on the middle level , a well stocked kitchen on the main level and a roof top upper level for people who want to enjoy the view . The ADU ( owners suite ), pool cabana and three pool suites complete the compound and everyone has privacy. The walkable boardwalk has some of the island 's best restaurants and coconut beach is an easy walk from the home . Some of our best vacation memories occurred here and we can't wait to come back and make more

This is our second stay at this property. It is nothing less than exceptional. The living space is clean, Charles is very responsive, Air conditioner is amazing, pool and pool area is great for gathering, and beach chairs/gear is more than we would ever need. There is a speaker that is super easy to connect to that has great sound. Check the kitchen before you go to the grocery store. There are lots of spices and cooking oil available. This property has so many great features that make it perfect for any gathering.

The place was beautiful, big, with lots to explore. Make sure to check out the third floor terrace with views of the sunset and ocean as well as the gorgeous gardens. Everyone had a fantastic room with its own bathroom. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
