Large home on 12.5 acres, surrounded by other large properties. Backs up to a cattle ranch. Eight miles to Baylor and downtown Waco. Front and back porches with a large spaces to gather in the home. Newly remodeled.

This property is on a septic system and to protect our investment it is strictly enforced to 8 guests and no large parties or events. We reserve the right to escort guests off the property when this house rule is broken.
