About this property

Welcome to Finca Can Anna: A beautiful and tranquil place to relax! Enjoy spectacular mountain views and the proximity to the City of Sóller as well as the beach.

This charming rural house surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town (L’Horta), about 20 minutes away by foot from the city centre and only 2 miles from the beach.
The house has been lovingly and tastefully decorated. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious typical Majorcan “entrada”, a beautiful dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the lovely patio. The mezzanine offers a living room with a fireplace, a corner TV, and a small bathroom. There are two bedrooms and the main bathroom on the first floor with an adjacent dressing room. The large patio right in front of the house offers a lot of sun and shady places. And it is equipped with a table for six people and a BBQ.
Just a few steps down from the house across the driveway, you will find the beautiful and widespread garden area with its 10m long pool and adjacent terrace with beach loungers offering plenty of space to sunbathe and relax. Another lawn area is further down from the pool area – an ideal spot for kids to play or enjoy some “me-time”.
There is a private park deck providing sufficient space for two cars.

The neighbourhood: 500m from the Finca, you will reach the heart of L’Horta, where the famous Sóller- tram stops on its way to the beach. You will also find a friendly small local shop that will cater to all your basic needs, an excellent bakery (Forn de Barri), and two local cafes/bars where you will meet the locals. A fantastic organic supermarket is just a little further down the road (Agromart).

Finca Can Anna welcomes kids: We provide a baby bed, a baby high-chair and a stroller. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier, and all-electric outlets are safeguarded.

The house is equipped with central heating and has two fireplaces to stay comfortably warm during cooler months. Therefore, it is ideal for guests who will visit for hiking, biking, or other outdoor activities during the off-season. The heating cost will be charged extra depending on individual consumption.

During your stay, I will care about all your needs, while my son Adam is responsible for maintaining the pool and garden.

Zoller finca

A rustic home in beautiful surroundings. Well stocked with everything we could wish for. The pool was wonderful and a huge relief as we were sweltering in the heatwave. Ania was always on hand if we needed any advise.

Sehr schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Finca mit allem was man braucht.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in Soller genossen. Die Finca ist sehr schön gelegen. Abseits vom Tourismus aber doch in der Nähe des Zentrums. Schöner einladender Pool mit bequemen Liegen, Schatten- und Soonenplätzen, Beleuchtung am Abend. Alles sehr gepflegt. Nette Kommunikation mit Ania, alles bestens. Die Woche verging viel zu schnell.

Great house in a beautiful area

A cosy, spacy and well- equipped house with a very fine outdoor area, in particular the pool area. Very good and very helpful welcome by the host. We really enjoyed the nearby and lovely town of Soller, in walking distance from the house. The house is also a good starting point for hiking and for exploring the beautiful area with many great sites to visit.

Ferienhaus mit Pool in großartiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits am Ortsrand L'Horta von Sóller. Der Anfahrtsweg ist sehr schmal. Man kann sehr gut zu Fuß in den Ortsteil L'Horta gehen, um Brot/Brötchen, Gemüse und ein paar Lebensmittel im kleinen Supermarkt "Agromart" zu kaufen. Das Ferienhaus ist schön eingerichtet. 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer sowie Wohn-/Esszimmer, Salon und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben aber stets auf der schönen Terrasse gegessen. Die Ruhe und der Ausblick auf das Tal und die Berge sind großartig. Der Pool ist sauber, aber ungeheizt; wem das ungeheizte Wasser zu kalt ist, der kann dennoch die schöne Lage im Liegestuhl genießen.
