Enjoy your well deserved vacation in this small cozy 46m² house with only 9 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car to the beach. From the covered carport will take you into the beautiful conservatory with plenty of winter sun, which is completely open, in the living room with fireplace for the colder season. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchenette for 2 persons. From the living-dining room you enter the bedroom with air conditioning hot / cold, ceiling fan and the adjacent shower room.

Location description:
Very quiet and sunny location between the sea and shopping. The house is located on the outskirts of Denia, only 9 min. Walk from the beach. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc. nearby. The marina and the historic center of Denia can be reached in about 15 minutes. Els Poblets is located in the north of the Marina Alta region and one of the closest big town Alicante. It is located near the mountains on the edge of the Mediterranean. But not only the location but also the mild climate attract visitors every year from all over Europe in the small village.

Transport links:
Denia - Els Poblets is served by both Alicante and Valencia airports with a journey time approximately 1 hour, and the national road N-332 via motorway 7 Salida 62nd. From Denia ferries to the Balearic islands of Ibiza and Mallorca. The current ferry companies are Balearia and Iscomar. The railway line L9 of the FGH (railway company) connects Denia with Alicante,

Merci pour votre avis. La maison est ancienne et rustique. Ce n'est pas sale, on ne peut pas faire du neuf avec du vieux. Il est bien équipé, tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Internet n'existe pas et n'a jamais existé, ce n'est pas dans la description. Salutaciones Britta

Great little apartment for holiday

The apartment is located quite near the lovely beaches of Els Poblets, with restaurants and shops nearby. It's a small apartment with a lovely outdoor space and off road parking, recently renovated, including outdoor shower. Britta was very helpful with our last minute booking. Great for a couple looking for a holiday stay.
