The Space:

Step inside 1616 Port Villa and let the views do the talking. Positioned along the waterfront at South Beach in Sea Pines, this four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome spans three levels and offers a front-row seat to the natural beauty of Braddock Cove - where dolphins glide past and pelicans drift overhead. With the Salty Dog and South Beach Marina just a short stroll away, the best of Hilton Head Island is practically at your doorstep.

 

Living space

The first level sets a welcoming tone with a fully upgraded living area, a gracious dining room, and a convenient half bath. Natural light flows through the space, and the layout makes it easy for guests to spread out and settle in. A dedicated workspace is available for those who need it, and the villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout for warm-season comfort.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The second level offers two bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king-size bed and an updated en-suite bathroom. The adjacent second bedroom features twin beds and its own attached full bathroom. On the third level, a second primary suite is furnished with a king-size bed and a bathroom shared with a charming alcove fitted with twin bunk beds - a configuration well-suited to families or groups of up to 8 guests. The villa accommodates six beds across four bedrooms.

 

Kitchen & dining

The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table are all provided - everything you need for home-cooked meals after a day on the island.

 

Bathrooms

Three-and-a-half bathrooms serve the villa, with amenities including a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products. Towels, bed linens, and essentials are all included.

 

Outdoor & extras

Step outside to a private patio with a BBQ grill, or take in the water views from the balcony. A boat dock is available for your boat, kayak, or wave runner. In-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and a smart lock for self check-in round out the practical comforts. The villa also includes a complimentary tennis package providing one hour of free court time per day - note that proper tennis shoes are required for the clay courts. TV, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace are available throughout the stay.

 

Location

1616 Port Villa sits within Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island's premier gated resort community. The South Beach Marina Village is a short walk away, offering restaurants, shops, bike rentals, tennis courts, and water activities. The beach is an easy five-minute walk, and the iconic Salty Dog Cafe - known for its seasonal live entertainment - is just around the corner. Ongoing construction at South Beach Marina is underway for the foreseeable future; however, some shops including the Salty Dog remain open.

 

Please note

Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.



Dog friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $100 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.



The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
