This 2-bed condo is located directly across from University of Denver. A quick walk to the light rail station provides easy access to the metro area. A huge variety of restaurants, Washington Park, Observatory Park, and Platt Park are all within walking distance. Cozy furnishings await including several mid-century and Danish modern pieces, supportive Room and Board chairs, and a new queen-sized Sealy Cocoon memory foam mattress. This 938 sq.ft. unit is clean and well maintained and features new paint (as of 2021), real hardwood floors in the living spaces, and brand-new carpet in bedrooms (as of 2021). The laundry room and trash chute are located directly across from the unit. Carts are available for guest use to assist in moving items to the unit. 2 Elevators and easily accessible stairs provide easy access to the unit. Clubhouse and pool are available for guest use. The clubhouse overlooks the pool and can be reserved for gatherings. This is a smoke-free building and grounds. A six-month minimum stay is required per HOA rules. All guests will be required to sign a lease and pass a background check prior to occupancy. An on-site building manager is available during daytime hours.
