Terrific location! Close to GOLF, Brasstown Bald, hiking, swimming, boating, antique shopping, casino, waterfalls, Alpine Helen, Blue Ridge, Track Rock Archeological area, Alexander's store (you have to see this!), Hiawassee, Vineyards, Young Harris, spas,fishing etc!

Location is end of road in a quiet, upscale neighborhood.

2 kitchens (both have Keurig and drip coffee makers), 2 living rooms, huge game room/theater with pool table, shuffleboard and foosball. There is also an electronic basketball game, 2600 game arcade and electronic, soft tip darts, large stand up Connect 4 game, 2 levels of decks, lower has hot tub and rockers. Upper deck has seating area off a master bedroom, dining table and seating area with a gas fireplace.

Upstairs-large primary bedroom with king bed, a Jacuzzi in bath and walk in closet. King bedroom end of hall, queen bedroom and bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks. Hall bathroom. (note - upper bunks have weight limit of 175 lbs)

Main level - large, queen primary with large bathroom and step in tile shower. Kitchen with dining, living room with gas fireplace, powder room and dining room.

Lower level - kitchen with dining Keurig and drip coffee makers- living room with electronic basketball- queen bedroom- bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks- arcade room with 2600 game arcade and electronic, soft tip darts, bathroom with step in tile shower. (note-upper bunks have weight limit of 175 lbs)

Game room and theater - connected to lower level with breezeway. Very large with pool table, foosball, shuffleboard and theater, sink and microwave.

Decks with lots of seating and plenty of views!! Hot tub on lower level deck! Gas grill and gas fireplace on main level deck.

Parking for 6 cars ONLY, one in attached garage, two on driveway for attached garage and three on driveway of detached garage. ABSOLUTELY NO Street Parking.

Close to Blairsville, Young Harris, Blue Ridge, Hiawassee, Murphy NC, Alpine Helen, Dahlonega, Lake Chatuge, Lake Nottely and several golf courses.

Notice: We have 2 Ring Floodlight surveillance cameras on the front of the house for security purposes only. One on the detached garage and one on the attached garage. The view is of the front of the property and most of the parking areas. There are no cameras inside the house or anywhere else on our property.
