Garza blanca/bill

Bill is amazing to work with!! We love garza properties. Our only complaint and its not bill's fault at all. If you arrive later in the day after check in, the property is first come first served. Our 2000sq ft room which was phenomenal was all the way in the back corner. No view and so close to the main highway you hear traffic all day/ all night. Kind of sad but you get over it by hanging with eduardo all day at the adults only roof top pool. Thanks bill for your generosity with booking and sharing your space with us

Megan, Delighted you enjoyed your stay despite your room location. Of course, someone winds up with a less perfectly located room but in the future, the secret is to go down to the front desk the next morning, and if you are willing to repack, ask them to change before the next group of folks arrive. I would be delighted to help you on your next trip to Mexico Bill

Wonderful stay at Garza Blanca

We chose this property over stand alone condos and houses in the area since it was at a resort and provided the resort amenities. The property is fabulous and January is a perfect time to visit as the resort is not full at all. The units were spacious and beautiful and we received superb service from our butler, Alan. The only issue with the unit we received was the location. The listing pictures all showed a unit on the oceanfront side of the property. The units we received were on the external side of the building and the noise from the main road was so loud we were unable to enjoy the outdoor decks and it was loud at night while sleeping. Garza Blanca is a wonderful resort. If you plan on taking advantage of the all inclusive, it is worth it as the out of pocket prices are a bit outrageous. We had sticker shock when we paid $48 PP for the breakfast buffet one morning. I recommend if you are planning on eating off property vice taking advantage of the all inclusive that you plan all meals off property or shop for your own food for your unit. I would definitely return to this property as the view from the rooftop pool is worth it!

Glad you enjoyed yourselves despite the not so perfect location of your unit. Sorry I did not know because if the resort is not full, you can always ask for a change of room. Come back and let’s try again Bill
