Cozy one bedroom, one bath cottage in beautiful Libby, MT.

Dog friendly with a fully fenced yard. No cats, we like them, but we are allergic.

Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars.

Right in the middle of all the cool stuff in north-west Montana. Float the Kootenai River. Find solitude and nature in the Yaak and Cabinet Mountain Wilderness. Ski at Turner Mountain ski area. World class fly-fishing surrounds you. This area is a paradise that is never crowded.

Cute little spot for a stay in Libby

This property is very clean and nicely decorated. It is small, but perfect for a couple or solo traveler. We didn’t spent a lot of time at the home, but it looked well set up if you want to do some cooking. There is also a fenced side yard, but we did not use it. The neighborhood was quiet, yet still centrally located. I am from Libby, so I can tell you that it is close to grocery shopping, restaurants, and the downtown area. I would stay here again.

Needs some minor improvements

Rental as advertised as far as size; however, the couch had no legs and was right on the floor, which made it VERY uncomfortable and the table was extremely small and too high to be comfortable, especially for older people. Owner should add legs to couch and replace table and stools. Price for unit was rather high compared to other VRBO units in the area. The bed was excellent, however and the unit was well equipped with necessary essentials.

Perfect for us!

My husband, our dogs, and I spent 6 nights in July. It's a great little cabin! We were so grateful to see it was air-conditioned when we pulled up on a 90+ degree day! The place is nicely furnished. I would suggest more hooks and shelving to place belongings, but it was manageable. The bed was great! The kitchen is super tiny with not much area to work in; it was a challenge for us to do food prep and dishes. But, the owner asked and we suggested a larger kitchen table and apartment size dishwasher, and he was receptive to the feedback. The yard was very private and secure for our dogs. We spent hours in the yard, cool in the shade, in the 100 degree heat. It was a great neighborhood; very quiet, safe, and friendly! We are hoping to get back to Libby in the winter to ski and will stay here if we can.

I came into Libby for my son's wedding. I did not have to cook much. If I had there would have been problems, there were no measuring utensils, nor were there any items to use in the oven. I tried to warm up some steak I had brought over and there were only butter knives in the drawer...Nothing sharp. Otherwise, the TV and internet were marvelous. The location was perfect. It was just the right size. I did have a bit of an issue with the faucets which were all opposite. Hot was in the cold spot and cold was in the hot spot. BUT they were labeled properly. It just took some extra thinking to use them.
